REXRetailExcellence needs a lot of fixing. It is hard to use. First you have to sign in every single time. Second, when you take photos the camera switches from vertical to horizontal (that makes it difficult to get a decent photo), not to mention the quality of the photos are terrible. Third, when reviewing the POG planogram it is impossible to view it all on the screen. I have to bring a separate phone with just to view the photos, and lastly, it’s almost impossible while reporting to switch back and fourth to the directions. REXRetailExcellence needs to be redesigned completely!!!!
Ability to stop the rotation😳
I don’t like that you still can’t print from REX.
Still have to go to the web page to print.
Double work.
If the rotation could be locked that would be great! It’s a great app, however, the screen constantly rotates even when I don’t initiate the rotation.
Latest app updates have been very nice. No longer do the service reports and camera endlessly twirl around without moving the phone almost at all. Camera now has a wider field of view so you don’t have to stand back so far to capture sections in narrow aisles. Love to be able to click on tracking numbers to see if delivered. Wish there was a way to chat in REXRetailExcellence with someone at RMS home office instead of having to call if you have a problem or question. Would be great to be able to filter or sort services by due date or length of estimated time or other options.
