Look elsewhere for voice scrolling on M1 Mac

First ding is it crashed immediately after purchasing the full version. Super laggy and buggy on a M1 Max Macbook pro 16.
Also, I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Voice scrolling (which is the entire reason I bought this app) doesn't work with any external mic that I've tried. With my macbook lid closed, it doesn't register on the built-in macbook mic either. And I'm not able to have the lid open while on my desk because of my workspace. I purchased it 10 minutes ago and I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund because this thing blows. Look elsewhere.
Paid for the full version and things got worse.

I really liked this app when I first downloaded it. It worked well and seemed like it was going to be just what I needed. Then I paid for the full version. It's been glitchy ever since. When editing my scripts, the cursor jumps around and deletes previous characters; the voice scroll feature often doesn't work at all and every other time I try to use it, I get an error saying I've exceeded the daily use limit. I've reached out to customer support twice in the last two weeks with no response. Very disappointed.
Don't waste your money

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchase this app because of the voice scrolling option and nowehere it was mentioned in their website that there is a daily limit to use this feature (10 minutes a day!). I reached out on their website for support months ago and never heard back.
I tried giving this app another go just now, just to be cut off after 10 minutes into the voice scrolling feature.
I hope now the developers will get back to me after this review and give me a refund for such rubbish app.
