The Auto-Captions is an Additional $99
For those of you that downloaded Teleprompter Lite and then bought Teleprompter Premium for the auto captions.... it’s going to tell you to download Videoprompter Light instead. Then it will tell you to buy Videoprompter Premium for captions. THEN it will tell you that auto-captions are an in-app purchase for $99. All the apps work completely fine for a teleprompter. The extra features you pay for just aren’t matching up with what you’re told you’re getting for your payment. I’m not paying $99 when I have no reason to believe this 5th step will be any more successful than the last 4.

Good teleprompter, greenscreen broken
Pro: teleprompter and cloud features work great. Also Bluetooth remote to speed up slow down the text is very useful. Con: if you are buying this for the greenscreen features (I did) beware! It isn’t working properly. It weirdly crops and zooms the background photo regardless of resolution. and it renders that feature useless. Tried contacting the seller many times to see if this is a known bug but no response. Bottom line: plenty of teleprompter apps are out there including those that track along your voice. If you are selecting this for the added value of greenscreen, look elsewhere.

A Great Video Teleprompter
I have been looking for an affordable, easy-to-use, and reliable video Teleprompter that I could use with my iPhone for making videos for social media. My search came to an end when I came across the Video Teleprompter by Joe Allen. I was not disappointed at all. This is ideal for anyone who would like to read a script when making a video with an iPhone or iPad. It’s very easy to use and allows the user to create a script in the application itself or import a word document. I’ve been using it for a few days to learn the system, and I’ve been very happy with its simplicity and functionality. Most importantly, the customer support is outstanding. Whenever I made an inquiry through its help system, I’ve received a response in less than 24 hours with answers right to the point, a rarity these days. I highly recommend this app for anyone who is looking for an affordable Teleprompter.
