3 years agoWhen I opened the app, it said 3 days free trial. When I tried to take up the free trial I was charged instantly.I didn’t ask for 1 month subscription without a trial. This is misleading and cheating.

3 years agoI was under the impression that I was only having the 3 day free trial, instead when downloading the app, I was charged instantly for the month £24.99!!! I have now cancelled my subscription. This is disgusting. I expect a full refund and I have emailed you with this information.

3 years agoPurchased an app with 3 day free trial, which it charged me automatically $24.99 without any free trial and app didn’t work . I tried several times through out the day and it’s keep saying drawing and no results. I wonder how do you scam people like that ?! I canceled subscription and want my money back. Someone needs to sue you for doing this to people

3 years agoI clicked in for the three day trial, tried to use the app and it did not work at all. I deleted the app and realize you charged me 24.99 for it within minutes of me loading the app that did not work and no longer have. The 3 day trial is a hoax. I want my money back immediately. I had to file a dispute because I did not authorize the charge in the first place. A three day trial is in 3 days, not 3 minutes... even worse the app never worked!

3 years agoTo whom it may concern I need my monies back on card this app was not to Intentionally to be downloaded I’m not interested in Tempi Art my grand daughter playin on my phone all of the sudden I get a notification on my phone said that 20 some dollars was taken off my card I would like to have my money put back on my card and this is a tricky situation and I don’t think it’s fair for people to download apps and then soon as you accidentally hit a button when kids got your phone you have a money take it off your card

Not worth it
I downloaded the app to try the cartoon filter. Upon opening the app I was bombarded with ad after ad, then was forced to sign up for a subscription before being allowed to continue. Despite the supposed three day free trial, the money was taken out of my account immediately. I tried to use the cartoon filter on a picture only to be told I have to sign up and pay even more for the premium package in order to access the filter. I was not even on the app for five minutes before deciding it was not worth it, canceling my subscription and deleting the app. I have yet to get a response for my requested refund since I was supposed to have it free for three days before money was taken out of my account.

Ummm…no.
I wish I could load the photos: i’m a 65 yr old man with a beard and my ”avatar” looks like a clea-shaven 6-year-old girl. I’m all for looking a little younger but there was no reference to reality at all in the cartoon version of me. Other filters we're not going better than what you can get with a free photo editor. The only decent one was the aging filter, which looked pretty good (well, bad, if made me look like I was 90, but if did a good job.) On most of my head shots if just froze. I really only had one successful conversion after 8 different photos and it was the one described above. For 1.99 and after a few upgrades if might offer some value but not as is and it will never be worth 6.99 a week.

App will scam you
I downloaded this app hoping to try the free version. There are very vague steps to get it started but ultimately I was inadvertently put on a $25/month subscription that I had no intention of signing up for. There is nowhere within the app to view subscription status or cancel a subscription so I would not have even known that it was going to charge me if Apple hadn’t been vigilant by e-mailing me a notification about the subscription with a link to cancel it if I wanted. I’m very happy with Apple for bringing this to my attention and VERY upset with this app for their underhanded method of getting people “signed-up” for their product.
