Had no issue connecting the camera to my iPhone, but the quality is absolutely TERRIBLE!! Whether you take a pic or record a video, they’re all totally blurry and useless!! It’s sold for a fullHD 1080!! What a joke!! I wish I could attach what I got out of it for you to see!! Returning it!!

So
I can get the mini cam to link to SEEONE by simply switching on the camera then in my phone logging into the wifi the camera generates, then ooening SEEONE and pressing AP .
I can try see what the camera sees and also record that in SEEONE . Picture is ok but not wide angle as promised in the ads. Cannot also understand what the mode button does . My camera did not come with a micro sd card

What I can’t do is see how we are supposed to link the camera to my own wifi router so that it can be used remotely despite trying different options for a couple of days

Has anyone else worked this out ? Would be very grateful for suggestions

The software didn’t look user friendly but I never even got past opening it as the camera won’t even charge! I asked for a refund from Customer Support and they will not even answer my email. Terrible how many people they’re swindling with this junk.

Please have a look at the v380 pro app/ interface and how it functions. Provide access to settings. This could be a great app if you just put some Work in to it. or at least open the cameras up to where we can utilize them with other applications.

Received 2 out of 3 cameras. Offered 10% refund then 20%. Paypal denied claim because they had tracking number. Yes I got something but not everything. In the long run better off as the 2 received are absolute JUNK. If you order, hope they short ship you as well to reduce your aggravation.

Too much information left out of instructions was never able to connect to WiFi directly connect only then that quit third time trying
Don’t try to use if it matters undependable at best. This is the second one. I bought a similar one from another company different app. And it was no better than this.

I received the 2 camera’s packaged nicely! Why don’t you say in your advertising that these cameras ONLY SUPPORT 2.4 WiFi? All of my equipment is 5.G ! Phone, iPads!
So this product is worthless in America! Why don’t you put some directions? Never again will I order OnIine again! Such a waste of my time & money!

Imagine an app that changes languages in its prompts arbitrarily. Imagine one that kind of works and then doesn’t for no reason. Imagine a step-by-step instruction manual that does nothing of what it says it should do. This is a cheap product but even at this price the frustration of even getting it to work Is not worth it. Terrible product. Don’t buy it. You’re welcome.

Just received 2 cameras after waiting for over 2 months. Attempted to follow inadequate instructions. Nothing functions as per the application that was downloaded called "Little Stars". No place to call or send a e mail regarding this potential internet scam. No place to return products or request a return authorization procedure. As of now I firmly believe this product is noting by a total scam.

Finally got it to connect after several hours of messing with it but now every time I use it it connects at first for a bit and then after a while it won’t connect until I turn the camera off and turn it back on.

The set up for this cam is ridiculous! The instructions are so small you cannot read them even when you take a picture of them. The screens that you need that say ad device say ad doorbell? Really I bought five of these cams, and I cannot set them up! Hours waste on following the directions utube help channels really can’t even help this is the best you can do! Total dissatisfaction not only a waste of money a waste of time and effort!

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering this cam. The cam itself might be alright but, as most of these reviews indicate, SEEONE is complete garbage.

Instructions are printed so small they are nearly impossible to read, UI descriptions and images don’t accurately match SEEONE , app won’t keep a connection to the camera’s WiFi, configurations are confusing and don’t work … honestly, it’s useless.

It’s a pity … something that should be pretty simple could have been successful.

If you read and follow the instructions you'll never get SEEONE to work with your device. If you're lucky, you'll get to use it after going back to WiFi settings and changing to the SSID TO the camera ID example "APCAMERAXXXXXXX". There are no instructions on how to use SEEONE .

I can only hook up to my phone and then it works but then trying to connect to the Wi-Fi is ridiculous the instructions do not help whatsoever is there anyone else I can help a tech or something

I got this to work fairly easily. The camera is nice and controls are simple. Why would anyone want to see a video upside down? Yes this has the ability. I was highly disappointed there is no zoom controls. It seems the camera is set up to always zoom. Unfortunately if you aren’t 30 feet away this is useless. I wanted to watch my dogs. I would need to have 12 cameras to view an 8 ft x 10 ft room. Hopefully they make a better camera.

I agree with all the other reviewers. Not very good instructions. Help was found here and I was finally able to see the image when away only by keeping it plugged in. Image itself is not that great. But at least now I can see Fido.

Got SEEONE and can to work effortlessly after reading roscoes review. The cam throws a wifi signal not Bluetooth. The cameras viewing area or whatever is so tiny it’s almost impossible to use. Wanted to use it as a backup camera when holding up a trailer but it’s not possible to mount the thing where both the tongue and hitch are in view unless the trailers already hooked up.

I was having trouble at first. You need to use the micro SD properly inserted and you have to be on the cameras designated WiFi. How ever the picture is pretty blurry. I’ve only been messing with it for 20 minutes though.

Like Rossco818 said just connect to the WiFi camera it will say it doesn’t support your WiFi but just ignore that and then go back to SEEONE and don’t try to change any of the settings it does it automatically for you where it says admin on it, just press the done button on the top right corner where it say done and then click on the ap button top left and it will show you
The live feed your camera is on I wish I could show pictures on here that way I could show you
How it’s done very simple don’t give up it works I even clicked a few picks without an sd card and it shows them
On the screen where it says click done or ap lol so simple after tinkering with this crap.

I like it everything work pretty good. But i need to know how long to record because of battery i need to know how long will be set up or show battery to prepare to record or camera on

SEEONE does not even work the camera does not even work it will not connect at all how does a camera have a hotspot and you can’t connect to it or anything I want my money back you’re a rip off

I got the camera to connect to SEEONE ....No night vision the good thing about these cam is I got 5 cams for free..because the shipment was three weeks late......a big waste of time

App doesn’t work. Needs to be removed from App Store and money should be given to anyone who purchased cameras that require SEEONE. Crappy!
