How to fix Lover app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lover app on iPhone
Update Lover app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lover iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lover on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lover network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lover Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lover not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lover App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lover » click [Force Stop]

Update Lover to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lover App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lover » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lover.

Fix Lover unable to contact server/ Lover internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lover » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lover » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
