Hello, On Monday May 23,2022 I had downloaded gotten the 1 week trial of your app to try with my 3 kids because I myself am someone whose had ADHD and heard about it in a support type group I am in on social media and it got rave reviews. I made sure to take note on my calendar as well as a screen shot for the timeframe for my 1 week trial end date. Today is the day prior to the renewal date based on the information shown to me, otherwise it would only be a 6day trial, not 7. I just saw a $97.41 charge on my Apple ID for Joon. I didn’t even have time in my own life to try it out with my children, much less decide if I was willing to spend almost $100 on it because my “trial” wasn’t even up yet. I need (because it’s quite a lot of money not expected to be deducted) a refund of the purchase price please. Sincerely, SW

So this app didn’t work for us. My child like playing it at first but the problem is she didn’t like playing it enough that she is willing to do the task in real life to earn the gold. She told me all they do is take care of a pet, which is what my daughter likes but she said the clothes you can buy to dress your pet up are not cool compared to other dress up games that she can buy stuff for her pet/avatar (adventure academy, and prodigy math r the only other game she has). Plus she does not like the auto text voice the game has when her other games she is allowed to play seem of offer better sounds, voice overs, ect. Plus the cost for what you get I do not feel is worth it. There are other educationa/self improvement app that cost less with with better graphics, sounds, and game play for kids then this one and they cost less.

Terrible, irritable enough for an adult. What a waste of money and time. Made a perfectly fine kid cry. Because of the interface of this thing. Again it’s not about chores its about hooking your child up on this digital device and empty your bank. Another thing of you are really trying to help your Child improve with basically anything ! Dr. Victoria Dunckley “ electronic Fasting” don’t hook up your child on any gadget or animation. You will see the results within just first days
