Deleted more than a month of symptoms

2022-05-24

I’ve been tracking my symptoms for over a month to show to a specialist at my next appointment, and when I went to update it today, everything was gone! It’s hard enough to get doctors to believe there’s a problem because I’m young, but now I’ve lost any records too. I’m never using WaveHealth again.

Please fix this app

2022-06-25

WaveHealth would be great if it worked seamlessly. Adding symptoms puts you in a never ending cycle because everytime you back out from the screen of adding symptoms they’ve all disappeared. If you made the mistake of eating symptoms and then going to add more you will be out of luck because those will disappear. Upon a new day you’re shown the old symptoms ratings from yesterday which makes it look confusing, and you’ll be lucky if updating them is reflected when you go back to the front page. Nothing saves unless you do it three times! Additionally, don’t bother leaving any notes because those will disappear into oblivion never to be recovered. I’m deleting WaveHealth

Too buggy

2022-07-26

I like the platform and the way you can rate symptoms. However, more than half the time it doesn’t save my selections or journal entries. The time is wrong in WaveHealth , and I’m not sure how to fix it. It also tracks steps, but every day it always has some random number in it. Is this my goal, or does it think that’s how many steps I’ve taken? No idea why a number would be in there before I’ve even started. Anyway, I’m downloading a different app.

nah

2022-08-27

just another app that requires you to make an account using your email in order to save logs, but then ends up being super basic in terms of features. and you have to do the paid version in order to get reports.

i have some complicated health issues though, and personally im sick of needlessly handing out my email and stuff to companies just for an app that ends up being useless to me. but maybe it works well for people with more basic problems they need to keep track of.

The app is not working well after today’s update

2022-09-28

After the update that was pushed through within the last day, the calendar won’t load, my picture is gone, and my steps won’t sync. I also emailed about other things that could be improved and never heard back from the company.

Seems Very Useful, But Currently Unusable

2022-10-29

I just downloaded WaveHealth to help track a couple of illnesses of mine. After logging in and reaching the home page (how are you feeling? Etc.) WaveHealth automatically closes.
Based on what I’ve managed to see it seems like it would be of great help to me, but it is completely unusable for me. It’s quite unfortunate.

Notifications don't work

2022-11-30

Pretty much exactly what I'm looking for in a symptom tracker but the reminders/notifications don't work at all. I've tried resetting up the notifications, reinstalling WaveHealth , everything and the reminders never come through rendering it pretty useless.

Has potential but not there yet.

2022-12-31

I was excited to use this, as I have gut health issues and Lyme disease. My disease wasn’t listed, which is fine, but what I didn’t love is that you can’t add a symptom without updating all symptoms. So if I got a headache, I can’t easily add it without also updating my stomach bloat or fatigue, etc. Then when looking back in the daily view, it’s difficult to get a good idea of where I was at without running full insights and viewing the charts. Also, the medications section needs work. You have to put a start and end date in order to add meds, and some meds I don’t know how long I will be on them. Also the “reminder” section for the pills was never accurate and always said I missed doses. Not helpful to keep good track of meds at this point. The insights were nice and WaveHealth definitely has potential!

I want to love this app

2023-02-01

The potential is there.. but it’s not quite there yet. I love the visual appeal and how easy it is to track symptoms.

However there a lot of bugs still. The sleep tracker doesn’t work well and glitches a lot. Also, the symptom tracker stopped working! I added a one time symptom and now I can get my other symptoms back.

So, I’m sure in a few more updates WaveHealth will be there. But it’s not quite there yet!

I love the idea, the setup and a lot of the features, just fix these problems and it will be great.

It would also be cool if you could sync the sleep/water with other apps. I track my sleep with my Apple Watch and would love for that to just be able to sync.

Conditions

2023-03-05

You have a really nice app with lots of awesome features, but I find that your list of conditions is definitely lacking. I needed it to track MS symptoms. I was disappointed to see I could tracks multitude of STD symptoms, but there was no selection for MS symptoms. Not sure how you’ve managed to overlook this? I love your app, but it currently doesn’t serve my needs. Please update! I’d love to be able to use it!

Good but….

2023-04-03

I’m not sure if my phone is the issue here but WaveHealth is incredible for anyone with invisible/chronic illness and wanting to track symptoms.

I noticed when trying to edit the medication that it would not save the edited information despite me changing it.

This has only happened starting today but it’s started crashing every time I open WaveHealth and I lost all my profile information despite having set it all up.

Without these issues, WaveHealth is great. Though I wish it worked a bit better.

Great app! But I have a suggestion

2023-05-05

I absolutely love WaveHealth!!! I have POTS and ADHD and a few other things. That’s where my suggestion come along. I’m not sure if we can but if not we should be able to select more than one condition. Other than that, it’s a great app for spoonies! I recommend!

Edit: thank you for letting me know how to add a condition! I’m still new to this but I’m liking it a lot!

suggestions!

2023-06-05

just started using this and i love WaveHealth so far! there are a few suggestions i have after playing around with WaveHealth that i think may be helpful:

a. not select a start/end date for medication. i’ve been on medication for years so i don’t remember the start date and there isn’t an end date in sight for my meds. i also take supplements and those don’t really need a start/end date

b. make a 3rd gender option for those who don’t identify as male or female

Great App

2023-07-07

I love WaveHealth and it is very helpful for keeping track of my symptoms. I would love to see a few fixes for the occasional glitches I get but other than that I love it :)

Great app

2023-08-07

My first day and it looks great so far. Will include a few easy suggestions to make it better…
- change “vaginal bleeding” to period unless that’s just a more global thing
- instead of “sad mood”, definitely change it to depression (more clinical) and add mania to the same area for better coverage of psych issues
- I have both monthly and weekly injections. Would you please add those time frames to the medication area for people who have injections or patches?
- add excessive hunger and thirst categories (diabetes and metabolic disorders)
- wasn’t sure if you knew it said breast swelling/tendernes”… it’s missing the other “s” on users daily window when you have it under tracked symptoms
- I’m not understanding the time frame of meds… I don’t remember when I started these years ago, nor do I need a finish date so it won’t let me enter them (should not be required to list the med)

Maybe harder but would be nice…
- I don’t understand add a meal. Is it just to say you ate that day? Could you instead have sliders for calories, fat, fiber, and carbs so we can look back and see that in conjunction with mood, headache, bloat and inflammation etc the next day?

Great work, just thought I’d ask about these changes. :)

Amazing

2023-12-12

An amazing app I use it to track my classical Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (cEDS) 🦓 as well as my autism 🧩 symptoms borderline personality disorder and Bipolar I Disorder. I absolutely love WaveHealth a few things I would like changed include
1. Being able to put what appointments you have
2. Track mental health coping skills (I do DBT) as well as skills for physical health
3. Get reminders on you phone to fill it out.
And
4. Be able to have a weekly report sent to you by email as well as monthly.

Otherwise I absolutely love WaveHealth

Beautiful Chronic Illness tracker

2024-01-12

Beautiful lay out. Well thought out. I love the sharing feature. Everything you log, shows up on a calendar. Availability to share just symptoms, or just sleep or many other options. Medication list with reminders. And pictures! This is wonderful
For daily management! Well done!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Only for limited diseases

2024-11-15

This seemed like a great way to link my health habits to my symptoms, so I can figure out what makes me feel my best, and worst. Unfortunately, my condition isn’t one of the available options, so I could never even get through setting it up. Oh well....at least I didn’t pay for it.
