I’ve been tracking my symptoms for over a month to show to a specialist at my next appointment, and when I went to update it today, everything was gone! It’s hard enough to get doctors to believe there’s a problem because I’m young, but now I’ve lost any records too. I’m never using the app again.

This app would be great if it worked seamlessly. Adding symptoms puts you in a never ending cycle because everytime you back out from the screen of adding symptoms they’ve all disappeared. If you made the mistake of eating symptoms and then going to add more you will be out of luck because those wi... Show more ll disappear. Upon a new day you’re shown the old symptoms ratings from yesterday which makes it look confusing, and you’ll be lucky if updating them is reflected when you go back to the front page. Nothing saves unless you do it three times! Additionally, don’t bother leaving any notes because those will disappear into oblivion never to be recovered. I’m deleting this app

I like the platform and the way you can rate symptoms. However, more than half the time it doesn’t save my selections or journal entries. The time is wrong in the app, and I’m not sure how to fix it. It also tracks steps, but every day it always has some random number in it. Is this my goal, or doe... Show more s it think that’s how many steps I’ve taken? No idea why a number would be in there before I’ve even started. Anyway, I’m downloading a different app.
