Kare has fail me tremendously!!!
I been work with Kare for about 8 months now i have three small children that attends daycare sometimes i have to call because either the daycare closing because somebody have covid or the kids simply can’t go because they are sick . Well Kare don’t even care about none of that !!! I only call of if their is an emergency and i also provide doctor documents for my children Kare didn’t care they suspended me one time i gotten a flat tire on my way to work had call triple A well guess what i provide documentation and Kare still suspended!!! Right now i have a fracture index finger and was in the hospital also i lost my phone i explained everything sent my discharge papers and doctor note with instructions how to care my finger they remove me from Kare platform all together i had 4 calls off and one no call no show only because i lost my phone and explained this they didn’t care !!!! but they suppose to be KARE rate them no stars if i could

•The sign up process is VERY lengthy like a month long.
•No you don’t have to work a minimum number of shifts.
•The base pay is staff pay plus a bonus
-$11-13 an hour plus $100 bonus so $200 a shift if you get the bonus.
-the facilities rate you and that depends on if you get the bonus or not.
•The offer $100 for 5 star reviews that’s what they have the rating they do because people are giving them 5 stars for $100.
•Major of the shifts are 100 miles away no joke.

Honestly don’t sign up for them because other agencies like ShiftKey and IntelyCare offer $18-20 plus and hour. ShiftKey you bid on shifts so if a shift is $19 you cans bid up to $3 or more and still gets the shift and no taxes taken out. IntelyCare the base pay is set at $18 but if the shift isn’t taken it will go up the longer you wait and it’s w4 and offers insurance after 5 shifts.

Better agencies out there that doesn’t pocket the money off your hard work.

They deleted my account after I missed the phone call interview but I immediately called them back to let them know I was available to do it. Another lady picked and told me she was going to tell the interviewer that I was ready I said okay I’ll wait. I never got a call back and then they deleted my account after I waited two weeks for a phone call interview. I was really excited to work with them.

I love KAREHeroes , I love the company itself! Every since I’ve started working with Kare I haven’t had any problems. I love the fact I can get next day pay and is able to pick up wen I want. I’ve been to different facilities throughout DFW area and it’s very convenient. It picks up ur location where you are and give you jobs that’s with in your travel distance. If there is ever a question to be asked the team get right back to ASAP. Love them!!!

Ilove it!!! The people behind the scenes… I met two gentleman at the recruiting event in Columbus,Ohio… I honestly felt like I knew them for years. The process was smooth sailing and everything you see is what you get, as long as YOUR a 5 STAR chica as of myself-pay next day!
NO complaints I’ve referred over 50 people……..

Love KAREHeroes very Simple to use as well as easy to understand. I have used many apps for work in the pass and maneuvering through them was complicated. KAREHeroes makes it simple and easy to pick up shifts , with no guessing the pay.

I love KAREHeroes and I’ve made so much money since downloading it. I never have any issues with clocking in or pay. The facilities are always so welcoming and I’ve referred so many people and I get paid every time they work! I love being employed with Kare and KAREHeroes makes it so easy.

Absolutely love KARE love the flexibility and getting to pick my shifts with no hassle. I also like the fact that you’re not required to work a certain amount of shifts to keep your status active . KAREHeroes is user friendly just wish I had more of a variety work places to choose from .

I found KAREHeroes close to 3 weeks ago and it’s been amazing!!! I applied and submitted all my documents and they got back to me the next day! Everything is super fast and easy! I started working a week after i applied. I love it because I get to chose when and where to work. Best app ever! And every where I work they talk great things about KARE!!! I’M SO PROUD TO BE A KARE HEROE!

The Kare App is easy to use and pretesting before work is super easy, once you get approved .. the process is also quick, you can start work right away and the pay is great! The Kare team also has the best customer service, someone is almost always available to help you out. I’ve only been with Kare for two days but I’m thinking of using it fulltime.

The process to getting hired took about a month I’m relocating from another state to Pennsylvania, the support specialist helped me out with each and every question I had even called me back when their lines was busy without me leaving a message. They are up to date with everything & very responsive! I recommend KAREHeroes to ANYONE looking for work in the health field! 5 STARS!!

I like kare, everything from the technology, the way KAREHeroes sign you in as soon as you reach work, and the way you sign in and out from KAREHeroes , and the pay is fast,
But the most I like from everything above is Custemer service
I have one issue, that is the way the reliability score work
I want Kare to stop that, in my ideas app cannot give accurate score.
But I still give Kare five star.

I love how KAREHeroes allows you to pick up shifts to help health care facilities when they are in need. It also allows you to make extra money while doing what you love!! KAREHeroes is easy to manage and they even remind you when you have shift coming up! KAREHeroes is overall a excellent source for both the facilities and caregivers looking to find an assignment near them! I highly recommend the Kare community !

Love KAREHeroes and the company. You can get your paycheck the next day after working. It beats having to wait a whole week or two. Everyone is helpful and nice as well. Best decision for employment I’ve made in 2021! This one is a keeper!
