Used it for 5 minutes and it glitched a bunch of times - kept telling me I needed to allow photo app access even though it had it, would send me notifications that the app was using my location literally nonstop, etc. I also tried to buy the “$1.99” day pass and it changes it to $7.99 when you actually try to buy it
How could you possibly trust an app with your safety it doesn’t even work properly during setup??

When you open the app within 3 seconds it will automatically activate SOS and get crazy sending notifications even after you disable it. I can’t even go to settings without the app sending my contacts a notification. Disabling SOS last 3 seconds, then it activates on its own and pushes emergency notifications all over again. The safe word is irrelevant since it will text your contacts when there’s NO emergency.

This app is a scam. It will not help if it’s running in the background. It must be running in the foreground. So the next time you’re getting mugged say, “excuse me Mr. Mugger, but I need to pick up my phone and open the UrSafe app and say the safe word.”
Yeah, right. See how well that goes!
