Beyond unreliable

You’re on a bus, you swipe your card as normal, and you realize your card needs a recharge as the doors are shutting. You go to refill, but ERROR! HoponRavKavטעינתרבקו isn’t working.

You now have only two options. 1. Miss your ride. 2. Get fined if you didn’t realize in time.

I really want to like HoponRavKavטעינתרבקו. But the number of times it just stops working out of nowhere has actually caused pretty significant issues on numerous occasions. I personally recommend using a different one.

It never never sends the sms message in order to confirm the phone number. After three tries of resend me the sms, then it locks you out, saying too many tries. What a piece of garbage app. Can’t even pass the 1st and easiest step

Unable to add payment methods or upload money onto Rav-Kav

Payment methods cannot be added and errors when adding money to my Rav-Kav card.

Never received 4-digit code. Beyond frustrating

Cannot even set it up. I’m using a U.S. number, have an overseas phone plan, have been texting back and forth with family and friends in the US with no problem, have tried on both Wi-Fi and cellular data, never worked. Carrier is AT&T if that helps.

HoponRavKavטעינתרבקו is so easy- my kids taught me how to use it and the panic of the uncharged card is gone!
