So we are what, 10’weeks into the season, I ski EVERY day with my husband. Every run every lift and every day!! He gets in average 10 to 15 thousand vertical more than me every day???? I do trams that never get logged!! I did 3 runs in Paintbrush today, but did one trip up Thunder??? Every day we die crying at the fact that my husband is on the leader board and we skied 2 hours!!! I am shocked by how inaccurate this is and what a total joke it is!!! It only seems to get worse each day.. at least it makes us laugh but not one thing is correct at the end of the day!!! Do better JHMR!!!

JH Tapped had a much better GPS tracking system that showed you the runs off-piste and your actual lines, that could then be exported to google maps. Everything about JH tapped was way more functional.

Between three of us none could get JacksonHole to work. Couldn’t create an account, or reset password, or get JacksonHole to work for tracking. Really poor implementation.

How come the new app progressed backwards? The JH Tapped app worked perfectly for showing a gps breadcrumb of where I had been on any given day. As someone who mostly skis off piste, the change to a ‘runs you’ve skied’ list is awful. Also I think the accuracy of the lift line wait feature could be improved. Please fix the gps most importantly!!

JacksonHole never shows what the wind speed actually is. It’s always “6 mph”.. Meanwhile, Sublette lift is closed due to high winds 🤔
