Subscription Purchased 5 times and the payments have been cleared from the card all 5 times but Rabbithole shows no payment. I took the screenshot of the payment gateway that Rabbithole uses but unfortunately I couldn’t reach anybody because they don’t have any helpline phones number. Just don’t purchase Rabbithole guys. Also you won’t be able to watch the game even after purchasing.

Taken 1 month subscription with auto renewal. Next month charge deducted automatically for renewal but subscription not renewed

Rabbithole has too much low quality… its dont even full screen on my iphone… i didn’t buy subscription next time… waste of my money

Whenever watching a match, it streams for sometimes than pauses. Have to restart the stream again

Updated quality is very poor.

The same 2-3 ads after every over, very annoying. It doesn't even wait for the replay of the last ball.

My screen keep freezing after 5 minutes. It is very annoying. There is no point in watching the game like this. This is my last subscription.

I have a decent internet connection but it seems like Rabbithole does not care about the connection. The source they run the stream from is the problem. I would not recommend subscribing.

Streaming gets stuck after every 3-5 minutes . Again when I restart it runs .again gets stuck . Its a non stop cycle since weeks.

I think this is not only my problem, every ios user is facing the same, the streaming stopped after every 5 minutes. I saw same complaints in the review section but no app owners are not taking it seriously. So if you are an iPhone or ios user, stop using Rabbithole now. Your subscription will be a waste of m9ney.

I have unsubscribed a daily subscription, but still charges 20tk from my bkash everyday.

Subscribed premium plan still buffering while watching live content

During any cricket live game you cannot enter the game maximum time. Because they are selling subscription more than their capability.

Since yesterday I was trying to see live Asia cup match, but Rabbithole is too slow

I subscribed with 99tk but i can not watch live matches. If you do not have good server then return my money. I wish i could slap the authority.

Buffering whole time. Took payment also but the service is the worst. Don’t waste your precious money.

When I press the picture-in-picture icon, the video goes down to picture-in-picture mode but after 2/3 seconds video is not playing. I hope the developer will fix the issue.

Note: There are no app for Apple TV. Please develop for Apple TV. Thanks

Not use friendly with having the server issues I guess … trying almost couple more times to open the Asia cup tap it’s not responding at all.

Worst service ever! Every app except this app seems to be working smoothly. Please fix this bug. We pay for it, we don't watch it for free. Seriously disappointing!!

It’s never possible to watch a single important match through Rabbit-hole. You got a lot of Audience and you need to improve yourself.I’m using this just because it’s a Deshi app.

If you want to watch only buffering buffering and buffering you can buy their subscription. In a cricket match every over 10+ time buffers.

I don’t know how Rabbithole is rated so high. Even some free app is better than rabbit. Rabbithole has the worst interface out there. You are watching a match and if you receive a call or go to another app then it stops broadcasting. Then you have to go back and again play it manually. The home page slide show like interface is so bad that once you click to watch a live match it suddenly slides to another option and goes to another match you don’t want to watch. It might sounds so silly but by time it will be so painful to get use to it. A paid app should be more user friendly and no pop up advertisement should be there.

I subscribed for 1match SL vs BAN for 20 bdt,when i opened Rabbithole it kept showing loading…couldn’t stream 1 single minute live of the match..very bad app or way to watch sports

I paid to watch Asia cup but not able to watch the match, only black screen is showing

Bought 20 tk subscription for 1day to watch asia cup. Couldn’t even play for a second. Worst of money

I paid for my subscription, and it shows subscription active but the live doesn’t even load.

Auto stopped streaming after 4/5 minutes later. That is so much annoying.

I am unable to open live streaming for even 1 time.

Taking money for live streaming but when the number of viewer is more then live streaming faces lot of buffering

App doesn’t rotate both ways horizontally. Even if the auto rotation is on, it doesn’t rotate the other way. Video quality isn’t HD as it claims. I will change my rating and review once it’s revised.

This adroid tv app doesn’t have any HD or higher quality streaming for paid members. No option in the menu to change streaming quality setting.

Need optimisation for ios user. Navigation gestures doesn’t work in Rabbithole. Poor quality in streaming hd .please update

I cant play live match in background on my phone fixed this one on next update after play live match just some few second it’s running then automatically the live match going stop

Video Quality is not up to the mark,,

While watching live football matches like premier league matches i faced a big issue. Like, after opening the match it playes smoothly for 1/2 minutes but then it stopped. But when match stopped everytime i get back and re-open to watch the matches, it plays. It continues....

Not smooth interface.. its works bit slowish.. Need to developed..but video quality is good..Usable but not comfortable

I love this app for their sports content covering EPL, Laliga and most of cricket tournaments. Streamline experience is also good however here are my suggestions to improve customer experience -
1. Background play needs to be there with minimised screenplay
2. Need to be more personalised with future game fixture tracking and proactive notifications
3. Navigation for multiple matches at the same time should be better. Like mentioning the match opponents
4. In stream sound and brightness control
Etc.

Why can’t we watch content on picture-in-picture mode? Though there is option for that, it doesn’t perform accordingly. It stops after a few seconds. So, I am giving a 4-star rating.

I am amazed by Rabbithole & i find it incredibly useful for watching sports content.
