Summary of Jackson Hole Problems 🔥

- How come the new app progressed backwards

- The JH Tapped app worked perfectly for showing a gps breadcrumb of where I had been on any given day

- As someone who mostly skis off piste, the change to a ‘runs you’ve skied’ list is awful

- Accuracy of the lift line wait feature could be improved

- Please fix the gps most importantly

- JH Tapped had a much better GPS tracking system that showed you the runs off-piste and your actual lines, that could then be exported to google maps. Everything about JH tapped was way more functional.

The app is not properly tracking my vertical feet or my rides up the mountain. My ski tracks does. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been trying to set up my account on the app but for some reason it keeps linking to my husband’s but doesn’t send a verification code for me to log in. I’ve listed my email but haven’t gotten anything. I’m pretty fed up with it. Suggestions?

Close and restart the Jackson Hole app on iPhone
Update Jackson Hole app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jackson Hole iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jackson Hole on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jackson Hole network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Jackson Hole not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jackson Hole App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jackson Hole » click [Force Stop]

Update Jackson Hole to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jackson Hole App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jackson Hole » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jackson Hole.

Fix Jackson Hole unable to contact server/ Jackson Hole internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jackson Hole » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jackson Hole » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jackson Hole
