OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars by far is THE worse app I’ve had to deal with. For starters, I had tickets transferred to me, but for whatever reason when I tried to accept and log in, it instantly made me change the password before I could do anything and an error sign can up. I tried to live chat, BUT I couldn’t because I didn’t have an order details. What’s even worse, the 800 number doesn’t even work! (I called atleast 10x all day) It tried to connect the Jags app to my Ticketmaster app, and it went to HELL from there. When I finally got a working number, you already know they were closed for the day at 5 pm, WoW! So needless to say I probably won’t even be able to make it to the game Jags game tomorrow. TOTALLY DISGUSTING WITH OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars!

1. Videos/Ads take much longer to load then the old app did. Still have the old one installed so I’ve tested them side by side for comparison
2. Text font too small to read on news articles
3. Can not swipe back to news; must scroll all the way back up to the top to click the back arrow
4. Video UI causes music/podcasts to stop playing in the background every time I open OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars (extremely frustrating)
OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars has a slick look but feels like there was little to no beta testing before rollout, these are all very simple QOL changes that should have been handled before release. If fixed I will change my review/rating.

OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars still needs a LOT more work. For instance, I used this last year and I was able to save my tickets to my wallet and I’m attempting to do the same thing now and OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars doesn’t even ask me i want to like I’m unable. And would like to auto save my password for OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars as it saves me time logging in and I am also unable to do that. It isn’t awful but it does need more work.

How does an NFL team have such a bad app. Nothing ever loads and when it does it’s only an ad. It’s not user friendly at all. It seems like you’re not listening to the other reviews.

When connected to Bluetooth in my car and I start watching a video it some how goes to a phone call every time and completely shuts everything down. OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars seems like it was made 10 years ago when you could have multiple apps open at once.

I would be on a Jaguars app all day if it was worth anything but this makes me lose interest in following the team

The better app is gone and the new devolved app has taken over, brought to us by a seller called Paranoid Fan Inc. That name should be considered as a warning to users given that an unnecessary login is now required. OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars is also full of bugs and is not user friendly. Unfortunately, they’ve killed the old, better app. The only thing it shows now is the weather forecast. I would suggest trying other apps like FOX Sports.

Right in the middle of a season in which the Jaguars are finally having a long awaited winning season, whose bright idea was it to insult and alienate the fan base with this piece of junk?

On the top left of screen doesn’t work when trying to go back from reading a news article or trying to go back from watching a video or reading O/Zone etc.... please fix this issue. As of now I have to close app out and re boot every time I want to switch from anything in app. Very frustrating. Other than that I love it, great for keeping up with team news since I had to move away from Jax.

I want to love OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars, but so much to be desired!! Trying to listen to the audio takes forever to load and no way if it is actually playing until it just randomly starts playing. No way to stop/play/fast forward/ or reverse. Just very un-user friendly. Some things work great just don’t know how this service is so bad.

The videos frequently either freeze or sometimes it just shuts down OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars .

Takes too long to load videos. When I am in the stadium and want to pull up roster sometimes it takes an entire quarter.

I would like a link to listen to the official broadcast on OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars .

Nothing like getting to the last 5 minutes of a video, the whole app crashes then watching the dumb ad AGAIN to find the same spot I was at then waiting for the thing to buffer to get there.

Honestly I prefer the thing to work instead of the pretty main page. Then you guys removed the content from the old app.

Speaking of ads, not every freaking video needs one. Please if the video is less than 2 minutes please forego the ad!

2 stars is too low. Must be a device specific issues (iPhone X) because my app works fine. The home page UI plus the photo filters and map components make it visually appealing. But the menu is a bit of a let down. Their Forward thinking by adding interactive features takes the rating higher.

OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars is awful and the only reason I downloaded it is because I had to in order to access my season tickets!!! It’s not user friendly and doesn’t let you access all the areas one would think they could from an app. I’m trying to register for a training camp day and can’t. Your directions assume I’m not registered and there is no way to access this if you are already registered. I’d much rather get my tickets the old way. I seriously HATE OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars!

I have switched back to the old app. Did not like that I had to create a login and password to use OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars. I’m sure there’s a marketing reasoning behind it, but it’s not cool. Plus, news articles have super small font with no feature to increase font. I don’t see how OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars is any better than the old app. Thumbs down! My advice...stick with the old app as your go to Jag app for as long as possible. So far, it is still being updated with the current news and videos.

I’ve recently updated OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars. It’s completely different from the version I upgraded from. The old version allowed me to see other users comments on the news articles. Is that feature now gone or is it hidden somewhere?

Downloaded OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars & as soon as I opened the Jacksonville Jaguars app it crashed. Tried deleting it then downloading it again & it crashed just like before.

One thing i like about OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars are some of the inside videos they post in the stadium but the news about jags takes forever to get updated. I always have to rely on other sports apps. It would be nice to get quick information about your team on there actual app.

Favorite thing about OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars is the news and live video feed when the jags are plays. The news updates keep me up to date.
I like seeing recent photos (wish i could save them, maybe add that to next version).

The schedules give good information on what channel the game will be on and time.

Fan chat is really great because there is a lot of raw emotion even when you are not at the game.

Im happy with this NFL app.

Have tried for months to sell my tickets and continue to receive error message with my iphoneX. Recommend Ticketmaster as it is more reliable.

OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars is buggy and is painful to work with. For the amount of money that people invest in tickets I recommend sinking some of that back into your technology.

Ads on every single video during the same session in OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars is ridiculous. When listening to music from my phone and trying to read articles on OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars , OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars stops my music. I’ll probably just uninstall and use the mobile site.

I only use OfficialJacksonvilleJaguars for tickets and it works perfectly. I can’t speak on the videos or anything else. The tickets work great tho.

Make it very hard to navigate through app.
Also need to be able to download schedule to calendar

Nice improvements Jags. Bring this much improvement to the field on sundays and we are going to the Super Bowl!
