I get everything connected and have the message "Set up is complete ready to verify" then the app closes or it returns to the starting screen of a blank device list. This happens with android and apple apps.

After two years of no problems, suddenly the awnet app on my iphone won't bring up a screen (screen stays white) when I tap on the app. I'm okay on my computer. What can I do to fix?
