I get everything connected and have the message "Set up is complete ready to verify" then the app closes or it returns to the starting screen of a blank device list. This happens with android and apple apps.

How to fix awnet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the awnet app on iPhone
Update awnet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall awnet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix awnet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve awnet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

awnet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix awnet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the awnet App
1. On android, goto Settings » awnet » click [Force Stop]

Update awnet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear awnet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » awnet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart awnet.

Fix awnet unable to contact server/ awnet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click awnet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto awnet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
