I cancelled order #D3100842660 on Saturday July 30 and have a chat confirmation transcription verifying that fact. I just received notification from Affirm that you processed the payment today anyway in spite of the cancel before processing the order. How do I get this cancelled and refunded ? DO NOT SHIP? REFUND THAT MONEY SO THAT I CAN CANCEL AFFIRM TOO, please!!!!! Your chat is not working tonight it froze as I attempted to get help. This is a nightmare fiasco
