If I could leave a negative star it would be more appropriate.

No obvious benefit from using this wallet, but charge very high fees for adding tokens or withdrawing funds

App never works, crashes anytime you try to use it like wallet app!! Won’t connect to sites, the “add collection” feature never works but charges you points!!!

A TOTAL JOKE OF A WALLET APP!! STAY AWAY FROM FLOW BLOCKCHAIN AND THESE GARBAGE WALLET APPS THEY HAVE!!

I have sent Customer Service numerous messages about my situation and I haven’t received any response for weeks. I deposited some crypto from an exchange into my this app wallet and I’m trying to send that same crypto back to the same exchange I used to deposit my crypto into my this app wallet and it keeps failing and failing and failing over and over again. This is by far the WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered in this crypto space. I hope someone can help me.

Missed out on multiple mints due to Blocto just refreshing to log in.

I lost $126 trying to move my USDC to ETH on my metamask account and before I was able to do all of that I have to contact support that didn’t help me in one bit as they gave me some trash corporate response and I ended up have to purchase a wallet just so it could connect to this app that was another 11$ on top of the $126 lost and finally I figured it out ON MY OWN and I checked multiple times that I was sending my coins to the right wallet and yet all my USDC coins disappeared. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION!!!!

Money was moved here from dapper, in a very misleading way by dapper and now the money completely disappeared.

Terrible app. Items won’t load in wallet. Most of the NFTs aren’t even connected with a marketplace or anything. Trash.

Blocto will hold your coins hostage and never return them.

Trying to mint an Aptos NFT and it's timed and all I get is "invalid input"! I have enough currency, am whitelisted and still nothing.

I staked my flow and I have no idea how to find or see the coins that I staked.

The processes are unclear & support not great. Ultimately I lost my money in Metaverse because of their poor structure.

I don’t get why I need to spend $30 to create a wallet before I can even deposit into it

I used my credit card to put funds into my account and after one day there are still no funds in my account. I was going to purchase an NFT, but I can’t use my wallet. Customer service has been contacted three times and the matter is still not resolved. The finally credited my account after 5 messages over several weeks.

Blocto is not very user friendly and very limited options

Every currency-even those purchased on other forums without problem-has returned error not available in your region

It looks nice, but crashes often, for example when I go to the wallet tab, and every time I select collectibles.

I bought $100 USD of points but can’t do anything with them but create more wallets.
Why can’t I use my points to buy crypto???

I spent about $35 on in app purchases and have lost about $100 on crypto because I can’t teleport or swap anything for whatever reason, and customer service has been awful. I wait days on end for emails and have only even received one so far. At this point I expect I won’t see any of that money back but I’m just hoping I can at least get back what’s left. Also, the instructions on Blocto are incredibly vague, inconspicuous, and unhelpful, plus you can’t even make direct withdrawals.

I dont like that i have to buy points to even add wallets. If this app token was used as a fee instead that would accelerate the growth

The best of the best

MetaMask WAS great but ETH has ruined it with ridiculous fees and a clunky network infrastructure - virtually unusable.

On the other hand, BLOCKTO is the easiest wallet & dapp explorer I have ever used. FLOW made everything so simple and Blockto takes full advantage making it even easier for the end-user. I’m so excited to see Blockto and Flow reach the top 🚀

This is a honest test of my feel for the wallet and the convenience of Blocto . I stake on several apps and will let you know my opinion based on cost, fees, convenience & user friendly. Just give me 30 days to give the software a chance to work & I will leave my opinion of what I think.
