Subject: Misleading Information and Unnecessary Membership Fee Charged Hi Landers Support Team, I am an existing Landers member with an active membership valid until August 2026. Recently, I received an SMS and an app prompt saying: “Upgrade to Landers Executive Membership w/ exclusive Visa Signature Credit Card.” I was led to believe that upgrading would automatically allow me to apply for the Chinabank Visa Signature credit card. Because of this, I paid ₱600 under that impression. After payment, I was told that the credit card application still needs to be done separately in-store, and that the ₱600 I paid was only for membership — something I already had active. This information was misleading and confusing, and I would not have paid again had it been clearly explained. I am requesting a refund OR an appropriate adjustment/credit due to incorrect and misleading instructions that caused unnecessary payment. BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this app. I have been using it for about 7 months. They have been overcharging my account for 7 months. I just realized it when I checked my account and noticed some discrepancies. Over 20,000 pesos. They do not refund anything unless you go to your bank and fight for it with proof. I have spent about 20 hours in the bank so far and still only got some money back. Very shady company. Unless you can afford to have them take money from your account and wait 8-9 months to get it back don’t use this app. Instead of charging you for what they deliver they charge you for everything you order, even if it is out of stock. Stores don’t charge you when you walk in the door, they charge when they ring it up at the register. If they did this on this app then I would use it again. I will NEVER use this app again as it is!

Difficult to shop, it takes too long to process my checkout while waiting my items in my cart ended up grabbing by someone’s else and delleting it in my cart.

Okay been using this app for the past 3 months and I always order EVERY WEEK and ever since I NEVER ONCED RECEIVE ANY REFUND from the items i paid and was not available upon pick up, I patiently wait and DID NOT ONCE GET A REFUND. I might have to stop using this app sadly
