Game is terribly wonky after update this past week. I lose 'diamonds' after watching (or trying to) ads and frequently get "this video is not available" even AFTER watching the video. I'm super frustrated. I love the game but even tech support is letting me down on this one. I'd say after trying to earn 'diamonds' my rate of doing so is down to about 50%
Suddenly my X2 game wouldn’t open, when I press the icon it just won’t open anymore. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned ipad on and off, but it still won’t open. Any ideas?
Game frozen and wont allow daily sign in bonus or anything else for that matter. Im almost in the top 500 in my country and certainly dont want to lose my progress by reinstalling. What can be done to fix this? Its been more than a week since this issue has broken my daily login streak.

X2 has not responded to any tap for days, despite repeated hard close and reopen attempts. I do not want to delete app and start over as I have over 300,000 points I cannot lose!
Once you press icon to open app, it go past the the continue screen. I’ve closed app, restarted iPhone, but the problem remains.
