How to fix Mielle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mielle app on iPhone
Update Mielle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mielle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mielle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mielle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mielle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mielle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mielle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mielle » click [Force Stop]

Update Mielle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mielle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mielle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mielle.

Fix Mielle unable to contact server/ Mielle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mielle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mielle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
