How to fix Chicsoso app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chicsoso app on iPhone
Update Chicsoso app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chicsoso iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chicsoso on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chicsoso network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chicsoso Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chicsoso not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chicsoso App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chicsoso » click [Force Stop]

Update Chicsoso to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chicsoso App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chicsoso » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chicsoso.

Fix Chicsoso unable to contact server/ Chicsoso internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chicsoso » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chicsoso » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
