Always a problem with ATPWTALive

Old app was so simple. This is too cluttered.

Plus there is NO DARK MODE!

Hurts my eyes to look at scores at night - please add and I’ll rate higher.

Overall, a good app. A few improvements would make it great.

1. If a match has completed, it doesn’t reflect on the schedule. So if Medvedev beat Zverev, the schedule shows “Tsitsipas vs Medvedev or Zverev.” Even an hour after the Medvedev and Zverev game has ended.

2. Time of matches needs to say which zone. If I game starts at 2:30 PM, is that local time? Who knows?

3. Need more up-to-date info of the tournament. Is there a rain delay? Who got injured? Djokovic va Berrotini was a walk-over. Why? What happened?

4. Player Bio is so lame. They are all the same. “Started playing at age 5. Favorite surface is hard court. Idol is Federer.” Boring

5. Need a place to see all players who are injured or not playing, and for what reason. And when they expect to return. Thiem has been out for months. Well, why? Where did he go? When’s he coming back.

6. Need to show what channel is showing each match. Is the tournament being televised on Tennis Channel? ESPN? ESPN2?

1) It is awkward to move down through a list of videos, but have to scroll back to the top to watch the video play, then scroll down again to find another video to watch.
2) Grouping tournaments should be similar to the older ATP/WTA app: all the current tournaments for all levels above the ones just completed and the ones about to start.
3) Ability to watch videos in full screen and in landscape. But it is good that videos are working.
4) aAlthough I like access to additional content from the website, sometimes I want the ease & relative simplicity of the older app to check scores, schedule, the pdf of the draw.

Where is the dark mode? As a tennis nerd, I liked to look at the draw and see the points/dollars available per round. Plus one could see the whole draw on one page. Now, it requires multiple clicks.

As you can see from other reviewers, so many enjoyed the old app. Why tennis leaders would take that option away and replace it in this fashion is typical tennis.

And by the way, I probably used the old ATP/WTA app at least once per day during the season. It was simple, effective, and easy to use. I’m a huge fan/tennis nerd who loves to follow the sport.

It looks like the ATP just took their website and created a look-alike app. This is the reason I never used their website unless I absolutely had no other option. ATPWTALive is too cluttered, difficult to navigate, and the information I want— individual tournaments, live scores, completed matches, next day schedule, and draws—is not easily found. Like I said, bring back the old app. I may have to side with the PTPA if this is an example of the best the ATP can do for tennis.

Well, it was about time that the ATP would get with the times and create an app.

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews on ATPWTALive; it is nothing short of phenomenal. Seriously.

I’ve officially graduated from the ATP/WTA app, which has a fraction of what ATPWTALive provides.

Well done ATP! I finally have my “go-to” tennis app.

Most of us just want to see scores and draw sheets and tournament calendar

This is the message I receive when trying to keep track of the live stats. I often give up looking for the information I’m after. ATPWTALive is too busy. Why did they try to fix what wasn’t broken?

Useless. No live scores, no women’s scores, a layout so bad it almost looks intentionally so. To add injury to insult, it “replaces” an app that was superior in layout and and completeness. You’re better off just using the tournaments’ individual websites if you’re looking for scores and draws. ATPWTALive is putting emphasis on video and news, probably looking toward expanded monetization of that content instead of focusing on tournament info.

It’s very hard to easily navigate to the information you want. I just want to easily pull up tournaments and see scores, schedules, etc. it makes you hunt past too much. Would love to have the atp/wta scores app back. It’s more productive. ATPWTALive is a poor replication of the poorly managed atp website

The ATP/WTA App was the best tennis app. You could easily check the schedule for both tours, see the draws, the order of play plus the time of matches to start. So much easier to find what you want in one app for both men and women. Plus this doesn’t rotate on an iPad, it’s for a phone only. I’m deleting.

All the info about players scores and news about them is there! Very well organized and clear! If you are into tennis you should totally get ATPWTALive!!

ATPWTALive suddenly decided that I read Spanish. I don’t. I try to change it in settings and it won’t take. You need to fix this.

Finally an ATP app for the avid tennis fan! Appreciate this release very much. Great content and easy to navigate. Check this out!!

Simplify it, please!!
I.e. Too many steps to get to the draws, no information about price money per round.
To many Videos, they should be within a folder for people that are interested in them.

I often open ATPWTALive and It is always experiencing difficulties updating content, which doesn’t allow me to see anything. It’s frustrating not being able to use ATPWTALive …

Why did they delete the ATP/WTA app that just had the simples: scores, draws, rankings, tournament calendar? There was nothing else and no media or news. I loved that app. It was simple and great. I think there should be a tennis news app and one strictly for the basics.

Horribly organized. I always used ATPWTALive to quickly find dates of upcoming events, check draws, see who is playing, check scores. Good luck finding anything in this mess and what’s with dropping the women completely?

The old app said exactly what is was - tournaments and live scores - simple, efficient - big mistake getting rid of it - ATPWTALive is a royal pain - too busy, not intuitive, not user friendly - stop trying to reinvent the wheel here - not worth downloading this.

Really useful and it’s super easy to use

I’ll think I stick to the old version of ATPWTALive . I don’t really care about news and videos. The old one had all I needed. Scores and draws. I like the old version better then grand slam apps. Please keep the old one updated.

I love tennis and the ATP tour and ATPWTALive is perfect for match times and results

Can’t read a single article without ATPWTALive crashing. Unreal

No iPad version. No easy way to see games completed. I hope this doesn’t mean I will not be able to use ATP/WTA for ATP tournaments

Soooooo prefer the WTA/ATP app. It’s precise, easy to use, gives all the live and completed scores and the schedules concisely.

almost nothing works! can't views draws; and can't even move between main and challenger tours to view the non-viewable draws. why does this exist?

A piece of junk

This is a lousy and cumbersome app...

ATPWTALive is terrible at displaying the scores and it is hard to navigate. Seriously, what is the point of it? Technically, it is not coded correctly for all mobile phones - the draw for the ATP Cup is not fully visible on my phone’s display - it doesn’t size the info correctly for it.
