Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever GoSUP app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix GoSUP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoSUP app on iPhone
Update GoSUP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoSUP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoSUP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoSUP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GoSUP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GoSUP app issues:

Force Stop the GoSUP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GoSUP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GoSUP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoSUP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GoSUP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GoSUP.

Fix GoSUP unable to contact server/ GoSUP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GoSUP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GoSUP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoSUP on android.
