All these places they deliver from are closer than their delivery point, so I have no idea why they canโ€™t approve my backyard. Sent 2 emails to support which went ignored.

If you are looking for standard food delivery, the app is fine. But they frequently cannot deliver by drone due to cold, wind, and even the faintest threat of rain. There are also weight limits. And aircraft maintenance downtimes. None of this will be made obvious or apparent to you at the time you order. You will be strung along for 30-45 minutes and then informed that your order will be delivered by car. On only one of several occasions I was notified at the time I placed my order, and I was issued a Flytrex credit. I used the credit another time for an order of lesser value, and lost the excess credit, being told the credits can only be used on a single future order. It is a cool concept, but the reliability is thus far quite poor, and some of the business practices are incredibly deceptive.
