- Timing feature needs improvement as the 15 minutes start counting from the beginning of joining Plaza instead of when the user starts talking to someone.

How to fix fondi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the fondi app on iPhone
Update fondi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall fondi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix fondi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve fondi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

fondi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix fondi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the fondi App
1. On android, goto Settings » fondi » click [Force Stop]

Update fondi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear fondi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » fondi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart fondi.

Fix fondi unable to contact server/ fondi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click fondi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto fondi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
