I just downloaded the app and originally tried the two minute PMR and then wanted to see the five minute PMR and they were exactly the same. Only works on making fists. Not much of a progressive muscle relaxation session (coming from a healthcare professional)
Have to delete after 24 hours

I downloaded this app yesterday and it had no in app purchases. Today it has a subscription, unfortunately I have to delete it and move on.
