I am needing the IT department for a troubleshooting issue.
My wife and I have the MyCommunity mobile app on our IPhones and we use the mobile deposit option a lot with our cameras in the past, however it’s no longer letting either of us use it. When we try logging into the mobile deposit segment it kicks us out of the whole app.
We have tried logging out of MyCommunityCreditUnion and going back in. We have tried turning off the iPhones and rebooting the iPhone system. We have updated our phones and we have also tried deleting MyCommunityCreditUnion and redownloading it. HELP!
I have been working on finances to see where my money is going but I am having to log back in very often, every time I get up to do something else it seems and that is very frustrating. Also, I wish the check memo was visible on the statement or even better the vendor the check is payable to. There are also check images missing on many of the checks I have written.
WHYYY does it log me out while I’m in the middle of using MyCommunityCreditUnion ?! This is infuriating when I’m trying to balance my accounts. Or if I switch over to another app (like my checkbook ledger app cause I’m balancing the two) for literal seconds and I immediately switch back to My Community and have to log back in and find my spot again. Make a timer that asks if you still need to stay logged in after a period of time like literally every other financial app. Or don’t have it log you out where there’s still activity happening with MyCommunityCreditUnion open. So so so frustrating.
Been using MyCommunityCreditUnion for years and have loved it. But a few months ago (maybe longer) it stopped allowing me to deposit a check. Click on it and MyCommunityCreditUnion just closes. So now I have to go to the H‑E‑B branch to deposit after work. It’s a little thing. But it is inconvenient.
I’m tired of all these fake positive reviews it’s been months and y’all still haven’t been able to fix mobile deposit and it’s so consistent logging me off out of no where please do something already
I love my bank, they have helped me in the 10year+ of being a member. Not everything is perfect, but nothing is.

The new MCCU app is so much easier to use. The remote deposit feature works so much better & is faster as well.

It is a little complicated when trying to transfer money to another person’s account. Labels and options are to vague

Great ladies and gentlemen helping me out. Sometimes on things with apps dealing with the bank. Set up things for me a few times. The one on Midkiff and cuthbert!!

MyCommunityCreditUnion is very user friendly, the layout makes a big difference. Search capabilities, branch locations, I’ve used all the areas of MyCommunityCreditUnion with ease!
If u don’t log in it just takes your account completely off your phone. I put in my card information and it can’t find my account, how?
We came to approach Staff in HEB Andrews branch , the staff there was so amazing they are very helpful and of course they are not giving me a hard time they refinance one of my vehicle . The only thing is nobody answers phone immediately but i still do business with them till i live in texas. Such a nice bank service and online is very detailed.
App is very user friendly. I like mobile direct deposit.
