Flawed security and support

Security checks against my order caused it to get cancelled. I understand this can happen for a variety of reasons that the company can’t get into with me (in case I’m a crook), fine. Support via chat was unwilling and unable to help, and basically said I can’t use this app because they don’t know how to verify the Apple Pay details I’ve used everywhere else (Farfetch, YOOX, all the Shopify sites out there) aren’t fraudulent. There was no attempt to contact me before the order got cancelled either. Overall an underwhelming customer service experience, one that made me retract my recommendation for this app with friends and family. The selection is interesting and the prices reasonable. Some of the wish list functionality could work better, and filtering for sizes and colors etc. could be done on a global scale, instead of me having to set manually for every search (basically a user profile for these preferences so I don’t see shows I can’t fit)

Screwed by their raffle

END sent me an email saying I won the raffle for the Jordan 11 Breds that launched on the 14th. Great, I thought, no need to wake up early and try to cop the pair on Snkrs. Then the massive disappointment comes: After getting the email saying I won, AND my bank account being charged for the full amount, I email their customer service after not receiving any shipping information just to see when I should expect a confirmation. Their rep emails back saying that there was a mistake in their system, and even though I was told I won AND they charged my account, I didn’t actually win. Still waiting for them to refund the amount and no reply from their customer service on me asking what can be done to help resolve this infuriating experience. So not only did END not fulfill their part, it is now too late for me to even try to get the 11 breds since they’re sold out everywhere. Worst part is, that morning, I woke up and saw Nike still had stock but I decided not to buy because END had apparently already secured me a pair. Thanks for screwing me over END. What a terrible first experience shopping with you guys. Does this type of customer service still exist with the customers ability to spread bad experiences?! Apparently they don’t care. BEWARE

Be aware

I had worst online shopping experience from them. I returned my order and it arrived at the destination over 2 weeks ago however I never received any confirmation email or refund. (They say 2 working days to proses and 24-48 hours to refund) Also they have the worst costumer support too. Phone number doesn’t work, live chat they close most of the time, email they don’t even read and just copy and paste. I’ll need to contact to my bank as fraud issue because there’s no way that I get help checking status. Search this company and check the reviews before you actually use please. People get lots of issues from them.
