After so many upgrades and iterations, LibertyGo still leaves a lot to be desired. Biggest concern is sound. It might be right at the beginning of a viewing, but it progressively begins to lag more and more, to the point of lagging a full 7 seconds behind. Clearly Liberty has very little resources assigned to the management and sustainability of LibertyGo, so my review will continue at one or below.

Need an Apple TV app

This new version of Liberty Go is a complete fraud. I can’t view any of the channels that I’m currently subscribed. And the original app on my iPhone has been deactivated; it no longer functions. Since I can’t watch anything on it, I uninstalled it. Liberty has become a ghost company... it’s becoming more and more difficult and frustrating to contact and actually speak to a person. We’re searching for other viable alternatives...

When I try to view any channel it says: Channel not subscribe. I cannot access anything on this application. And now they also disconnected the other application Liberty Go. Now I have not access to any of my channels. How is possible that if Liberty Go PR is not working, the other application is also offline. Very bad service. I’ve been a customer of Liberty for years and now that I am not at my home I cannot watch my favorite shows..

Liberty has been missing the mark on absolutely everything. Not only is the Internet service completely unstable, but you would think that in the 21st century an allegedly renowned company would be able to warn its customers emails beforehand via email that the services will be down. Now, they change LibertyGo and it doesn’t even recognize the user’s user name and password. This company boasts of being the best but it is only “the best” because it is basically the only player in the marker. It’s easy to boast when you control “the master switch”. Customers are basically forced to choose them as a provider.

LibertyGo is an Epic FAIL! It should be considered as a downgrade from the old one. LibertyGo has many new fancy changes and still you are unable to watch many channels (not even public local channels ) and others just say they are not able to play on this device because of restrictions (I’m using an iPhone 12)

On instant replay if you want to watch a program or a movie from the beginning , it takes you back to previous program recording without the ability to fast forward. So if you want to watch a movie from the beginning, you have to watch 10 to 15 minutes of the previous program before the movie starts again. You guys must be joking! There is a button to go back but no fast-forward?

If you stream live TV and are a Liberty customer, consider a Sling/FUBO account.

Whoever is in charge of running LibertyGo does not care about quality. The audio and video never synchronize, so, after a couple of seconds, you see things before hearing them, making the whole experience useless. But why continue to use it if its so bad? BECAUSE LIBERTY DENIES YOU ACCESS TO THE STREAMING SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CHANNELS THEMSELVES. You are forced to watch through their app, instead of using the NBC Sports app, or the ESPN app, or the TBS app, etc.

There is no customer support feature for LibertyGo , so there is no one you can report the problem to. You can try contacting Liberty themselves, but they don’t care. I’ve contacted it many times, it never gets fixed. Why would they care? You’re tied to their app anyway. You have no option but to suffer the horrible experience. Imagine if I am frustrated, that I took the time to write this review.

How would anyone who is in this business launch an App without testing to find out that it does not work, and then take the working app and plant a huge banner that makes it impossible to use? This is effectively cheating me out of a service that was supposedly included in the subscription...Now I worry that they will run to the ground the ATT Cell business they bought in PR. Calling out for help to a real TV business and Cell company for help!

Great, you can see the programming but you can’t stream it. Umm, what’s the use?

Making this basically useless

LibertyGo is a joke:
• not all channels available on app😕 why?? Even locals
• no Airplay support
• no AppleTV support
• very buggy in general (out of sync audio, crashes, slow, not user friendly)

Similar offering from your competitors allows for AppleTV and Airplay support plus their app is much more user friendly. Liberty really falling behind as always…

I give it 1 star but only because I have to select at least one or I wont be able to submit this review. The overall design of LibertyGo is ok but it it simply never works. I already wasted my time with LibertyGo. Don’t waste yours.

It has been almost a year and LibertyGo has been a complete nightmare to even watch TV and they are doing this just to make you pay more cable boxes in your whole house. What’s really funny the competition Claro is emphasizing on the use of tablets and smart phones to watch TV in their houses without the need of installation of additional cable boxes. Truly the opposite.

LibertyGo is garbage, it never works. We should sue the developers of LibertyGo.

The old one was easier this crap don’t access the thing I search for example I was searching for the champions league on Wednesday December 9 and the search don’t find any match.... but Univision was transmitting the games

Not everyone has the latest & greatest iOS . Having iOS 12.5 on my iPad I am forced to use your older version but it seems not to be able to connect to your system.

Why force us to download something that is not working its December 22 still doesn’t work. i call tech support they said to reinstall but still doesn’t work.

I contacted liberty for another problem I was having and consequently all issues with LibertyGo where gone. I think they restarted my internet connection from their end. But I don’t know what they did because they didn’t tell me but they fix my problem

Works great on my iPhone. TV on the Go. No problems with it. Really love LibertyGo. This is why I don’t mind paying for cable. All in one. Highly recommended.

LibertyGo does not allow me to see my channels subscription with Liberty Cable system!
It may look good but does not work at all!
Please review the system and bring it to proper functionality!

Awful, can’t even watch channels that I pay for in my subscription. Whoever approved LibertyGo in management should be fired.

Can’t see any on demand episodes and also says I’m not subscribed to any channel. No live TV at all. Complete disappointment.

Doesn’t work as good as the old one. Doesn’t allow you to stream content that is included in package. Really hard to navigate.

It does not seem to work yet. All channels state that the channel is not subscribed to which is not true. Not very well organized. The Liberty Go App seems to work better although it too is not great.

Has anyone been able to actually watch something on LibertyGo? It’s horribly designed and...what’s an OnePass?! I uninstalled it and I’m using the old app. As barebones as it is, I’m still able to use it for what it’s intended.

Will not work.

LibertyGo does not recognize my subscription. Have tried reinstalling, does not work. Have sent several messages to Liberty via Twitter & their own chat function. They opened a service ticket. Advice to Liberty: don’t release an app unless you know it works.
