My app on iPhone opens but will not respond after that. If I keep trying it may eventually sort of work. I have now taken to just going to the Member area directly and avoiding the app. The app used to work perfectly so it is very annoying.

How to fix Laya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Laya app on iPhone
Update Laya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Laya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Laya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Laya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Laya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Laya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Laya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Laya » click [Force Stop]

Update Laya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Laya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Laya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Laya.

Fix Laya unable to contact server/ Laya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Laya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Laya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Laya
