App Kick Out

I download this app in hopes of signing up for their rewards program the problem is every time I click rewards in the app, I get kicked out completely. I went to contact support in the app as well and it did the same thing. Can’t use the rewards if I can’t access them.
Problem with app

Food is all right and the app was fine fir a bit, but now I can’t use it to order food. It goes straight past the home page to the rewards page and the arrow to go back doesn’t work. My only only other options are to look at history or upload a receipt. Not satusfactory.
One way around this problem is to delete the app and reinstall. But once the order is placed — with newly re-entered credit card info, etc. — it’s back to the rewards page problem. This is not goos.
I tried to write a report in the app store rather than a review, but that was futile. So I’m left to complain here. Fix the app. Please.
Slow Service

Unfortunately at lunch when we had limited time to eat, the service was slow and my order came out wrong. So we were then rushed for time and I ate my mea by myself. The food was delicious tho!
