Does NOT work

ArtisanAlly keeps crashing and won’t even open after the recent update on my phone. I have no idea how to get it fixed . I’ve tried all kinds of methods hoping it would fully start working.

Help!

I just updated ArtisanAlly and I’m unable to get in now. App crashes when I click on it to open and I’m unable to access all kinds of medical information & communication.

Crashes after recent update

App won’t open at all after the recent update. Tried restarting phone, deleting ArtisanAlly and reinstalling ArtisanAlly . No luck.

App does not even open

App will not open anymore. I have deleted and redownloaded to try to troubleshoot and nothing will work. This is incredibly frustrating

Does not now work.

ArtisanAlly was rudimentary at best when it worked in September 2024. Now, January 3, 2025, it continually crashes and will not open at all. Horrible.

I wish I could give ArtisanAlly zero stars. Every piece of functionality is shockingly bad. Things all other apps have figured out by now are a huge struggle or just don’t work at all, like messaging or viewing uploaded files. I assume this company decided to save some money by reinventing a worse wheel instead of using components that other companies have made to work well? And doctors aren’t trained to evaluate usable technology?

Its extremely frustrating when you are already dealing with a difficult process and all the confusion that already happens at a doctors office to not be able to communicate through ArtisanAlly because their messaging feature doesn’t work.

This company could have hired (or listened to?) a UX designer to test prototypes with patients and they didn’t bother so they got an awful product that makes an already hard situation even worse.

Clunky and basic

ArtisanAlly is so frustrating to use. I can’t customize any notifications and all it ever does is send me an email, I don’t get notified on my phone even though I have notifications on. I can’t reply to messages sent to me (there is no reply button???). There is no option to upload documents. It’s not fun or easy to use. Functionality is really limited.

Can’t get passed the log in screen

So frustrating to create a profile, and then have ArtisanAlly continue to fail when trying to login. No idea how an app without basic functionality working made it into ArtisanAlly Store. Have tried several times, have reset the password, have ensured I’m on the latest version of ArtisanAlly , closed and reopened. Same result. Useless.

Never has passed debugging stage

Can't connect to meeting, send double notifications of calls. Just very basic but yet doesn't work at all. I do suggest any practice to use.

Notification

I have notifications on both ArtisanAlly and on my phone but I never get notifications that I have new messages.

Glitchy Grift

convincing providers to use ArtisanAlly vs anything else in the market is a grift. Horrible up/ux for patients, absolutely bonkers hoops to jump through for nurses and staff.

Could Be Better but Works

Using ArtisanAlly is a little irritating. If you access your calendar, the menu tree disappears and you don’t have the option to click back to the home page. I have found that I have to logout and log back in if I want to see anything other than the ART calendar. The message feature seems to work well. I get notifications to my email when I have a new message.

I would suggest making ArtisanAlly a little more user-friendly with navigation tools on all pages to be accessed. If you can get that issue fixed, I’ll be happy to update my review.
