Does this even work!?
I just received my caratbong and I no lie have spent over an hour almost 2 trying to get it to connect to this app. It’s because it asks to update the caratbong. I follow the steps and it doesn’t want to connect either way. Is the app glitching? I’ve tried this on an iPad and my new phone and still nothing. I’m pretty good with tech so I don’t see how it’s user error. Please fix it! It’s super annoying re doing the steps over and over again with no success!

It won’t connect
I know my lightstick is real I got it off of Weverse for crying out loud it used to connect to both of the apps that are on here but it doesn’t anymore I know there isn’t any seventeen concerts anytime soon but I still want to have if to mess around with it I want it to be colorful and bright to have its rainbow colors but not this nor the other app will connect to it

App not connecting?
I bought an official light stick, however the app won’t connect to it. The light blinks blue, and it still updates, but the app says that it doesn’t connect? I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but if there’s a way to fix it, please let me know!
