I love the Daily Wire, I have been an all access member for +3years, and really respect them for challenging the mainstream media and setting up their own media to counter the expulsion of people with dissenting view points.

That said, I hate DailyWire.

The updates range from occasional to really didn’t I just do this. The video content and library have a tendency to go blank when there is a premier for a movie or live backstage event, or occasionally during those inconvenient updates I was just telling you about. But the worst part is of DailyWire comes when my Bluetooth device happens to disconnect. Anytime this happens (on any device I’m using w the DW app) whatever I’ve been listening just gets blasts out into the Klavanless weekday/weekend, full volume and all, where even my ExpressVPN cannot hide my non-leftist aligned views. As a consequence, I worry about getting canceled by the mob before my Johnny the Walrus Shirt even comes in the mail. Which is why I have to cancel DailyWire.

Love the podcast. Decided to support the show. Leftest tears tumbler. Check! Emails. Check! Click in article and it brings you to a website asking you to subscribe. Um, ok I did that. Short version I needed to get DailyWire . Check! Go to watch a video and it wants me to login. Whisky Tango Foxtrot Batman! App starts bouncing around between email programs back to DailyWire maybe something else, not sure was too fast for me to follow. So till this gets resolved DailyWire is a brick on my phone. Good job every, seriously, good job. One star.

Update: saw that there was an update and bug fix. Ok let’s try again. I try to authenticate and wow it asks me for my info. (Gave another star for the fix) Next problem. The subscription was a gift. I got no password. So let’s try the password reset option...... still waiting for the email. (Yes I looked in the junk/spam folder) Either something is broke on the back end or DailyWire still has a bug to be worked out. Well done everyone, seriously, well done.

While I love the content of The Daily Wire, DailyWire just can’t get it right. It’s recently gotten better, but there’s still so many problems, whoever is in charge of creating and maintaining it needs to be fired. Seriously. The latest awfulness of DailyWire is that it will suddenly start to play even after a podcast has been paused. So for example, if you’re listening to it through Bluetooth in your car and you turn the car off and press pause in DailyWire , once you remove your phone from the USB cable, it will just start playing again. It continues to play if you get a phone call. If you have the small window open within another app, it will randomly play even after you hit pause. I had it start playing out of the blue at work once! It’s so irritating and annoying. I’m an all access member and expect better quality for my dollar. If the content were so good and important, I would have deleted DailyWire long ago. Please Daily Wire, fix this!

How has the iPad app not been updated to support landscape mode yet? The content is great, but the iPad app is unusable. I use the magic keyboard with my iPad so I consume everything in landscape mode, but for whatever reason DailyWire doesn’t support it. Also, like many others have stated...you can’t lock your device without it stopping the content, and it doesn’t start back up where you previously left off. If these three issues were fixed then it would without a doubt deserve a 5 star rating, but without them it severely hampers your experience and due to that I’ve found myself coming here less and less. I would be much more likely to renew my subscription when it ends if these issues were fixed.

BTW...this is the first review I’ve ever written on any app or product. I just felt compelled to leave one because this would be the best app in the AppStore if these issues were fixed.

Visual design looks great. I love having the content - all my favorites- available easily on DailyWire and I hate to complain but there are a couple issues. It is difficult when my phone rings and the show I am listening to keeps playing over my conversation. My fix is that I have to close DailyWire completely before I answer the phone but then I loose my spot listening to shows. Also, I don’t see the morning wire option anymore which I count on every morning. Bring it back please or maybe put in a more obvious spot and keep it there for those of us who crave routine and need everything in its place. I like to glance and quickly find it and listen in the car and can’t go searching for it while driving. Otherwise, I enjoy everything about that.

It’s a great app and I love reading, listening, and watching on it. I’m very glad it supports PiP mode, so that’s very nice, but there’s a few things I wish it had. First off, I wish whenever you left DailyWire bc you couldn’t finish a show, I wish when you came back to finish it picked up where you left off. I also wish that you could save certain articles (there may be a way to do this one, not sure). I also wish you could customize notifications, specifically for shows. I wish you could set up notifications for all the shows so it lets you know 5 minutes before that it’s going live (this may also be a thing). Just a few small improvements, but things that would put it over the top.

My name is Rosario O’Neil and I am a member of the DW. I love what you are doing with the conservative media (It was about time!) and watching different shows on the DW everyday has become sort of a family tradition. My absolute favorite is Ben Shapiro.
Recently, I completed a survey that you sent about entertainment. I did not see my kind of entertainment which, I must say, is becoming very well known all over the world and it is very appropriate for families, in most cases: Korean drama. Despite language barriers, it is becoming a favorite in Europe and Latino America. The secret? Variety of plots (historical , ghosts, romance, office daily life, mafia…), family friendly (no nudity, no sex talk, limited awful language, limited violence ), moral values are promoted ( friendship, marriage, clean romantic love, hard work, love for country…), great actors an fabulous writing. Also, the number of episodes is limited, usually around 16.
I believe that it is an option worth to take into consideration. I hope this idea can help you make a better DW and make some money in the process too!

I love the content of Daily Wire, however I have been frustrated with DailyWire of late. Oftentimes it will just crash in the middle of listening. In the last couple of months it has stopped keeping your place. For instance, if I receive a phone call or stop playing an episode for any reason, when I return, DailyWire has left the episode and is back at the home page. When I return to the episode, it has not held my place. The episode will start from the beginning. This is very frustrating as I pretty much only listen to DW content through DailyWire , because I spend a lot of time driving. Also, DailyWire will ask me to login 1-2 times per week. I’m not sure why that happens. As stated before, I use DailyWire daily. These issues have only cropped up within the last couple of months. Hoping they will be resolved soon.

**Please add the ability to create playlists of episodes or of articles, on that note it would be cool if we could favorite or save articles for later reading. Sometimes I fall behind watching/listening to episodes and a playlist would be very helpful which is what I used to do on YT
**Stop DailyWire from refreshing whenever we leave it for even a few minutes. It happens all the time where I’m reading an article or listening/watching an episode and I have to leave DailyWire and when I come back it has refreshed and now I have to dig for the content all over again.
**In the section where we can see our past comments, you do show what article we commented on but we cannot tap on it to go to said article. Please change that.
**Add the ability to upload our own profile picture
**Add a notification button that we tap to see for example people who have replied/liked our comments instead of having to check our emails to see replies/likes
**it would be cool if you allowed cuss (or racy) words in comments. Sometimes they’re necessary to convey how one truly feels.
**Landscape orientation
**Ability to change font size
**Currently you have a 30 sec skip ahead/rewind but 5 or 15 sec intervals are helpful as well. Those could be an option.

While I love the Daily Wire and all that it’s doing to create a brand that conservatives can trust, DailyWire is beyond frustrating at times!! The videos take awhile to load, then will pause and play at their own will. Most frustrating is when you pause the podcast for a phone call, then it starts playing into your call!! When you search, it will load the same 5-10 results over and over again but seem as if your still scrolling. It makes no sense!
I love all that the Daily Wire is doing, but for the sake of your members who are paying monthly PLEASE INVEST MORE IN YOUR APP!! It feels as if you all are trying to be mainstream with your razors, sports show, movies & book deals. Just take a budget cut on a few things and get DailyWire right so your content can actually be enjoyed!!

I only discovered Daily Wire last year when I got bored during quarantine and needed something to watch. However, I was instantly hooked. In fact, I even became a member to unlock the extra content.

If you’re a conservative, this is the news for you. They’re open about their bias unlike most of the mainstream media. They cover and analyze topics honestly and critically. Although they’re conservative, they’re not afraid to call out Republicans when they need to. The articles are well written and they are usually factually accurate. However, I will admit sometimes make factual errors, but their accuracy has improved since the platform launched in 2015.

My favorite aspect of the Daily Wire is by far the podcasts. Of all the commentators, Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, and Andrew Klavan are my favorites. Every show is a great mix of news and humor.

If you enjoy the Daily Wire but aren’t convinced to buy a membership, one thing should change your mind: the brand new Debunked series. Ben does an awesome job debunking common leftist myths, and there is a new episode every week.

The Daily Wire is everything a conservative would want. The only thing I would recommend is polishing up on accuracy in reporting and it’ll be perfect!

1. When using DailyWire on any iPhone without the home button (I’m on a new iPhone 12 Pro Max which is why I noticed this for the first time) the white bar/home indicator at the bottom of the screen doesn’t disappear when entering a full screen video. On other video apps it disappears after a few seconds once watching a video in full screen but with DailyWire it distractingly stays put. I prefer watching on my phone but because of this the experience is hampered.

2. When reading articles in DailyWire , the comments section is never below the articles like it is on the site. I like seeing the thoughts of my fellow Daily Wire members and it is annoying having to switch back to my computer to see the comments section.

Fix these things and my review will be 5 stars!

I love DailyWire and the content. It’s conservative and it’s nice to be able to listen to that side of the news. I enjoyed the movie daily wire released and look forward to more of that. Their articles are great and they do a good job at referencing sources.

My only gripe with DailyWire is that I listen to the shows when I’m at work. I walk around and sometimes my headphones disconnect when I go too far from my phone. Usually apps just pause video and sound when this happens. DailyWire just keeps playing but on speaker. Which is super annoying because I always forget that only DailyWire does this and have to backtrack on the video to where I was. It also means Ben Shapiro is yelling in my office for 5 minutes disrupting those around me. Would give 5 stars if just this issue was resolved.

I am a subscriber to the Daily Wire with that being said I will make this review as unbiased as I can. Listening to the Ben Shapiro show is great, he always presents the information first and then provides commentary or opinion, it is very common these days to hear news anchors explain a story or information with their own interpretation of it, this is not the case here, Ben also encourages listeners to get utilize other sources for information to hear other perspectives. What other news station of information source actually tell the people consuming it to listen to a different perspective? Not many, if any at all. I very much enjoy the newest addition to DailyWire , Morning Wire. Morning Wire is great as all the info for the day is served in less than 15 minutes, perfect for the morning coffee or the short commute. I’m very satisfied with DailyWire as the developers continually try to improve it. Thank you.

As someone who independent of party and one sided views, it’s been hard trying to find news that is honest and factual. The Daily Wire is that company. They are a conservative media company but are open to let readers know about their bias. Most importantly, aside from bias, they present both sides of the argument and counter the opposing side. Each day as I read more and more about how Liberalism and Socialism is destroying America, I become more and more conservative. Conservatism is by far the more accepting, graceful, and gentle POV in America; contrary, Liberalism has become more Socialist and Communist, suppressing those who oppose their views and agenda. The Daily Wire points out these evils and attempts to show the world the true evil that the Democratic Party is in America.

Since becoming a member almost half a year ago, DailyWire has undergone some awesome changes. It puts out more and more articles, the podcasts have remained stellar, and the level of interaction with hosts is incredible. If you like good, accurate and investigated news, this is DailyWire for you. Even if you are not conservative, I would recommend using this to get some accurate reports and facts. They are not exactly driven by money and ratings like cnn, fox, msnbc etc so they can focus on good reporting. I highly suggest The Daily Wire if you are considering it. I pay the highest tier, $20/month, and it is now well worth the money. I also subscribe to the WSJ, and I would say I use them both just as much.

DailyWire is such a great resource, from the shows to current events to the collections. I would really like to see a way to bookmark or save things to lists to read later, and some more features on playback-but even those things considered-it’s still a 5 Star for me!
Even my 12-year-old daughter enjoys DailyWire and actually surprised me when she started sending me screenshots and links when she’s at her dads. Plus she uses it for her weekly current event assignments in school, so that’s a bonus.
Anyway-I highly recommend DailyWire/site, it’s a source I can trust and enjoy.
Oh, and as you listen to shows, sometimes they will throw in coupon codes for a discount to upgrade. (Just a quick tip if your on the line!)

I can’t find a way to “message” Daily wire. I have been missing seeing Ben and Candace on Facebook. I keep getting messages about videos in my notifications. I don’t understand why we have to pay now where we didn’t have to before. How is the truth and intelligence in understanding what is really going on in our nation going to get to those who are blinded by all the other news/talk agencies? I am not meaning to complain. I love what you all say and stand for. I just really want others to freely be able to hear what you all see and realize the truth. I am hoping to get a reply to understand this change. I know Facebook is Censoring conservative views/truth but can’t your app be available to everyone. I would like to pay but I am wanting everyone to benefit.

I downloaded DailyWire after listening to a few of Ben Shapiro’s podcasts. For a long time, I tried to stay out of politics because of the nonsensical ideas and policies being promoted by the left. I thought as a Christian, I could stick my head in the sand and somehow ignore it. 2020 changed that! After the attempts to vilify and defund the police, the 24/7 attacks on Trump through biased media, the refusal of the left to listen to science in regard to Covid, and the way the Democrats are attempting to silence anyone who has conservative beliefs, I decided to get involved by downloading DailyWire and became a subscriber of The Daily Wire. I ♥️listening to the podcasts when I’m walking my dogs and now feel more socially and politically aware enough to hold conversations with my friends, family, and colleagues. Thank you to The Daily Wire staff! Keep up the good work!!

This is a conservative news source, so obviously they will have conservative stances on most issues. However, the difference between Daily Wire and the mainstream media is that they are 100% honest and open about their biases. Additionally, they will spend time actually addressing opposing arguments before explaining why they think they are wrong. Furthermore, they are not afraid to call out their “own side” when they think they have made a mistake or have done something wrong. I can safely say that because of the Daily Wire that I am more informed on current political and cultural issues than 99% of my classmates in college. I cannot speak highly enough of the coverage all of the hosts provide. Each one offers something a little bit different, both on an entertainment and informational level. If you’re looking for honest, critical analysis of news with humor built in, then look no further than the Daily Wire.

I’m giving this 3 stars for now because this is a review about DailyWire and not the content. I just paid for a subscription so I’m excited to start devouring the extra content. Perhaps I should have checked out DailyWire first before purchasing, but I suppose I had FOMO for the tumbler. Oh well. Anyways, I won’t parrot what appears in the top reviews here, but as iPad and Apple TV are my primary viewing options, I find it quite annoying to not have landscape view on the iPad or an Apple TV app altogether. I understand DailyWire just came out, and perhaps there is a rollout schedule for these things, but flipping my tablet back and forth is a hassle. Please add the landscape mode, and please add an Apple TV app so I can insist my boss watch this content instead of Fox News all day (haha). Thank you.

I was so excited when they announced the new DW app! I downloaded it immediately, as I am a DW subscriber. Since my first login, I have not been able to do so easily. I try and DailyWire shuts down. I delete DailyWire and start over then have to send for reset password. I reset my password, still won’t let me in. I’m so frustrated! please fix these bugs in DailyWire already! I should have to delete DailyWire and redownload & reset my password for it just to be able to login! The only place it works decently is on the web site but I can’t always hang around my laptop to listen to the shows - hence wanting DailyWire to work on my iPhone X!

This is amazing to finally have an app! I haven’t noticed any major issues thus far but have not seen any way to download podcasts. If it is there it is not obvious so I’m assuming it’s not there. As a subscriber, I’d like to be able to download within DailyWire the audio of the podcasts or else I’ll have to keep using the Apple podcasts app to download. Of course that won’t include the extra content I pay for, which I watch and listen to when I’m connected to WiFi, but I cannot use my limited data on DailyWire because that will drain it instantly. I don’t understand the concern if it is downloaded only within DailyWire and you can’t export it.

Love DailyWire! Love the news and access to all the shows, plus the push notifications are not excessive which is great.

Knowing this is probably a highly requested feature, and understanding that the infrastructure required to do this is probably outside the realm of what DailyWire is meant for, I’ll ask anyway :)

It would be amazing to have a way for DailyWire to remember where I left off on each podcast / video under my account - even after I’ve closed DailyWire . That way I could pick up where I left off in the car, and get through all the shows within the day.

Obviously, this is a “nice to have” and the level of effort to implement vastly outweighs the current satisfaction (very high) with DailyWire already.

Love what you guys are doing - keep it up, and so happy to have found a strong sensible conservative voice, while having to live in Seattle.

Thank y’all so much for finally rolling out an app for this content. I’m a daily watcher of all three of Ben’s videos. Going from watching on mobile Google Chrome to DailyWire has me missing one crucial thing though - PLEASE bring back the buttons that allow for fast forwarding/rewinding by 15 seconds. It is so brutal if I miss something said or I want to listen to something again to try to scrub that tiny little dot backward for just 10-15 seconds. I end up going back 2-3 minutes, and then I can never find my place. I’ll give it five stars once that is added. Thanks!

Needs a download option. Definitely needs a speed up option. Paid for DailyWire for the purpose of cutting commercials to save time in my listening for my massive list of podcasts. If I can’t speed up the podcast, I am not saving any time with this subscription. Gavin’s Free Speech TV app has a better app overall with the options to speed up and download podcast. Nick DiPaolo, even though he doesn’t have an app, has special podcast links for premium subscriptions so I can use it in the podcast app. Really would love to see these issues resolved in a year otherwise, I’ll just do ad free website subscription only.

I like DailyWire and I’m happy to continue using it, but the video player can be frustrating. Sometimes I have to close DailyWire to go do something, and even just ten minutes later I’ll open DailyWire and it’ll be back at the home page and it won’t remember where I was in the video I was watching. I’ve been trying to make a mental note of where I was in the video before closing DailyWire , but it’d be nice if I didn’t have to.

It would also be nice to have a 15 or 30 second rewind button so that I could replay something I didn’t catch a little more easily.

Overall though, it is a great start. I appreciate the hard work that has gone into it thus far, and I’m sure it’ll get even better in time.

I love that we finally have a TDW app, but the reason I was so excited was because I wanted to have a download option for additional content. I don’t want to live stream the additional hours I get of The Ben Shapiro show. I can enjoy them on the road. My subscription wasn’t being utilized before DailyWire , because I wouldn’t be able to watch the additional content when convenient. Please give us a download option. And, at least in the beginning stage, maybe open up a TDW app suggestion on the discussion section of DailyWire so there is a convenient way to discuss issues with DailyWire that aren’t iTunes reviews.

Will adjust to a 5 star rating and more positive review once TDW app is able to incorporate these features. Great job, guys!

So excited to have an app for this, it looks really great so far and I love it's ease of use. A few things I think are essential that prevent a five start review (which I really hope to change!):

1. Ability to play video/audio while using other apps or with the phone screen locked. Super frustrating that you can only enjoy the content if your screen is open on DailyWire .
2. Ability to watch/listen at faster speeds. I love the shows but three hours is a long time, and that's just Bens show, so it would make a huge difference if we could speed up the playback to our desired level.
3. Ability to download so videos can be played on the subway and other places that streaming or wifi is not accessible.
4. Ability to more easily manipulate playback, like 15 secs forward or back, and a more accurate scrubber (the one on DailyWire is pretty bad so far).
5. Ability for show to remember where you left off for some time (like within a few hours or a day) so that if something comes up you can get back to your place easily.

Besides these few fixes I think you guys have done a great job and can't wait to keep listening, thanks for all you do!!

DailyWire is a great start. Here are some suggestions for improvements:
- Video podcasts pause when you close DailyWire or sleep your phone. It would be great if it kept playing. Sometimes when I am working with my phone screen off and listening to the audio, I want to see what is on the screen, and there is no easy way to do that.
- Track viewing progress in a video or audio show. That way when I go back in later in the day, I don’t have to remember where I was.

I have been waiting for this for a while part of me waited to subscribe for it. Works great no issues with video or sound quality. Almost perfect! I have three things I’d like to see as an annual subscriber. First, the ability to download to listen when not online. I’m trying to keep my data down to save money on my phone so I like to download podcasts while I work my part time job. Unfortunately, I have to download the free podcasts of the apply podcast app, which includes the advertisements I pay to not hear.

Second, I’d love to see the videos be able to continue to play while switching to another screen or sleep mode again because audio for Ben shapiros first hour has the advertisements I pay to not hear.

Finally, I’d love to see the videos remember where I left off if I have to pause and come back. I often listen in the car and can’t during my full time job.

Great start and I love the Daily Wire!!

So happy there is finally an app! Love the Daily Wire, and so excited to have an easy to use app with all of their content easily accessible.
Few things I think would be amazing if added to DailyWire -
1. Ability for app to remember your viewing /listening history so you know what you’ve already heard/seen and so you can pick up where you left off.
2. Ability for subscribers to comment on posts/shows
3. Ability to create a que of what you’d like to watch (watch later / playlist)
4. Love the discussions portion of app. Very excited to use this. Only thing I would think off is the ability to click a upcoming discussion and have a pop up to add to calendar or be notified when discussion starts

Overall amazing app from an amazing news and opinion source! Thank you for all your hard work getting news and information out to the public that needs to be heard!!

Daily wire has the best commentator content on the internet. Ben Shapiro is my hero.
As for DailyWire itself, I love that it is optimized for my phone and I think it is very stable for a first iteration release.

Now please bring the following features.

1. Most important, let me pause a show in the middle of it, leave it paused for hours and come back and resume from where I left off. Right now it resets and I have to wonder which episode I was on, particularly difficult when Ben has three hours on content per day. I’ve been listening to stuff I’ve already listened to more since DailyWire was released than any other time since being a subscriber.
2. Bring the ability to download episodes, at least the audio. I want to be able to listen on the go without using data.

That would be a good start. Keep up the fantastic content.

Every morning I would wake up and wonder if today would finally be the day? No more drudging on Safari when I want to hear the soothing sounds of Ben Shapiros voice. No more "cannot connect to internet" error messages when I just want to laugh at the satirical humor of Drew Klavan or breathe a sigh of common sense with Matt Walsh. And when I just need a dose of Covfefe? The Michael Knowles show is ready and waiting... The long awaited DW app is here! With only a few minutes of use, so far it is swift and functional!

Im gonna give 5 stars bc its a great app overall; the layout is simple, effective, and elegant. I just really want an option to download them so I can view them offline. My workplace doesn’t have wifi so it would be awesome if I can pre-load it. It would also be cool if it bookmarked where you left off, so you could get back to it quickly. Anyways, thanks a lot for an awesome app! Much love, much leftist tears!

Agreed with another review that the landscape mode needs to be fixed for the iPad. As a previous reviewer stated, I use the Magic Keyboard with my IPad and because of that, I have gone to the app less and less. If not fixed, I am not sure I want to keep or will just get my information from The Blaze.

I have been an All Access member of The Daily Wire for a few years now. Absolutely love all the shows and content. DW was a lifesaver during the much exaggerated pandemic! Listening to DW was the only way to get the truth and untangle the leftists lies. The DW app does indeed…suck. Half way through a show, especially the live streams, the little wheel just goes round and round, like the wheels in the bus! Super annoying! Sort it out guys!

This app is horrible…ONLY because I have an IPad and every time i go into this app everything is tilted on it’s side….and I can’t read it!!!! Fix this DW!!!!!!! I HATE THAT!!!!!

As much as i fervently support DW+ as a consumer i hope you hear me out and take stock on this review. Ive been all access for a couple months and i 100% believe in your cause. We need you guys. However, i gotta get on your ass like back pockets for a second. Dont label bonus hours as such if the average run time is around 30 minutes. And when i tune in Mr. Shapiro is just pushing someones book. There is PLENTY to talk about in this cascading world of BS. And yea i get sometimes the book being pushed is relevant to the political or economic climate. I LOVED the Good Father Bad Father Sunday Special. Maybe save pushing a book for then. Personally i would love to hear about the ongoing conflicts surrounding Israel or maybe a discussion on world affairs in general. I know its at the point kinda expected for Biden to make 5 gaffes over the weekend love hearing everyones take but i honestly am not paying money for you to have someone on your show, who probably pays you money to push a book, so they can make money. You guys are "the most trusted name in news" to me along with Bongino. Crowder provides the comic relief. I hope you hear me out on all this and take my opinion on this into account for programming going forward. I appreciate the work you guys are trying to accomplish and in many ways have. Just understand you are a very important part of American life and are truly doing the work that is truly necaessary for conservatives, republicans, libertarians, independants etc. The bars high because we know your company can do it. I did the .99 trial with $4. Monthly. I can't access anything and want to cancel and not be charged. I think this is deplorable and will contest any charges

Again, I can not post.. Just because I used the word Peed himself, when referring to Chris Wallace. This, is getting pretty damn old. If you have a strict cussing clause, I have not found it. You have Jackals that travel in packs that jump on the insult train, even though they can not spell and in some cases read.. But I can not post because of the words, shit, peed, yep, pretty sure this is it.
