Please provide a means to ask a question about what is presented. The producers for content would be best but a comments section to inquire of subscribers would also work. I don't think it a good idea to turn Daily Wire into a venting and complaining activity but there have been many times when I needed to get clarification of something said.

Paid for a Daily Wire subscription to watch Matt Walsh's movie...WHAT IS A WOMAN? I have YET to have DW recognize that I paid for a subscription...always asks me to 'subscribe' when I log in. No service provided, I will be deleting any additional payments.

I signed up to watch Matt Walsh's movie. I have been trying to cancel since then. When I get on the app, it says that I'm not being billed. I most certainly am. I spoke to someone by email and the women stopped the conversation. I canceled on the online form. I am still being charged. I love what the DW is doing but during this economy, I can't afford it plus it doesn't play properly on ROKU. It's driving me crazy at this point. It's been 5 months at $15 a month. We don't want to maintain the subscription. Under these circumstances, I won't ever sign up again. Initially, I would have when the inflation went down.

My comments are the same as everyone else above! I have close to $250.00 on my credit card! I only signed up to watch the Matt Walsh movie! This is so incredibly unfortunate as I love what you're doing, but there is complaint after complaint about your horrible customer service. You are losing so many supporters, including me! I'm also still fighting for the refund. Please tell people where to contact you and how we can all get our money back.

I just spent the better part of an hour, writing an email, only to discover that it probably didn't go through. PLEASE CANCEL MY "ALL ACCESS" MEMBERSHIP TO THE DAILY WIRE, IMMEDIATELY!! I want my money back in my account TODAY, along with the money for the "Truth Bomb" which I ordered from The Daily Wire Shop. Your customer service is terrible, as well, and the site is confusing to navigate. The Daily Wire has charged me 3 x in one day. And error appeared at the time of processing causing the charge to go thru 2 x. I didnt think it went thru due to the error but it has. There is not a contact # to call for a refund. Horrible time with this and i will never support The Daily Wire again it seems crooked.

I’m BEYOND pissed! I allowed my daughter to watch a movie for $.99. I then noticed on my bank statement that I was not only charged the $.99, but another charge for $48 and then ANOTHER charge for $96!!!!! I did NOT authorize these charges!! I have sent messages. I have called the ONLY phone number I could find and left messages! I have gotten ZERO response or resolution. This is flat out stealing and is completely wrong! I am unable to get access to my account. I tried on my Roku TV, android phone and laptop; When i try to log in it says i need to have insider access. It seems productions have dropped off significantly. Ben is down to 2 shows a day from 3 every weekday. Andrew is now only 1 show on Friday from his formerly daily output. Sunday Specials that were weekly are very irregular approximating monthly. Were we not supposed to have noticed the our subscription' have]⁰ been devalued? What's up?

Great Content. Great app... just the one thing, though: LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION FOR IPADS!!!! My reading experience has been ruined by the default portrait orientation. Love the Daily Wire, Hate this app

I love the Daily Wire, I have been an all access member for +3years, and really respect them for challenging the mainstream media and setting up their own media to counter the expulsion of people with dissenting view points. That said, I hate this app. The updates range from occasional to really didn’t I just do this. The video content and library have a tendency to go blank when there is a premier for a movie or live backstage event, or occasionally during those inconvenient updates I was just telling you about. But the worst part is of this app comes when my Bluetooth device happens to disconnect. Anytime this happens (on any device I’m using w the DW app) whatever I’ve been listening just gets blasts out into the Klavanless weekday/weekend, full volume and all, where even my ExpressVPN cannot hide my non-leftist aligned views. As a consequence, I worry about getting canceled by the mob before my Johnny the Walrus Shirt even comes in the mail. Which is why I have to cancel this app.

Love the podcast. Decided to support the show. Leftest tears tumbler. Check! Emails. Check! Click in article and it brings you to a website asking you to subscribe. Um, ok I did that. Short version I needed to get the app. Check! Go to watch a video and it wants me to login. Whisky Tango Foxtrot Batman! App starts bouncing around between email programs back to the app maybe something else, not sure was too fast for me to follow. So till this gets resolved this app is a brick on my phone. Good job every, seriously, good job. One star. Update: saw that there was an update and bug fix. Ok let’s try again. I try to authenticate and wow it asks me for my info. (Gave another star for the fix) Next problem. The subscription was a gift. I got no password. So let’s try the password reset option...... still waiting for the email. (Yes I looked in the junk/spam folder) Either something is broke on the back end or the app still has a bug to be worked out. Well done everyone, seriously, well done. Up to two stars.

Whoever is in charge of your app creation needs to be fired!

While I love the content of The Daily Wire, the app just can’t get it right. It’s recently gotten better, but there’s still so many problems, whoever is in charge of creating and maintaining it needs to be fired. Seriously. The latest awfulness of the app is that it will suddenly start to play even after a podcast has been paused. So for example, if you’re listening to it through Bluetooth in your car and you turn the car off and press pause in the app, once you remove your phone from the USB cable, it will just start playing again. It continues to play if you get a phone call. If you have the small window open within another app, it will randomly play even after you hit pause. I had it start playing out of the blue at work once! It’s so irritating and annoying. I’m an all access member and expect better quality for my dollar. If the content were so good and important, I would have deleted the app long ago. Please Daily Wire, fix this!
