I can’t add a gift card to the “payments” tab. An error keeps coming up saying “could not add Payment Option. Undefined”. Also wish you could scan PurpleBowl in person to be able to earn points in-store too.

PurpleBowl has a nice design and is easy to use and the food is great, but the rewards system is completely broken on PurpleBowl . Over $20 spent in total and 0 points to show for it. Don’t create a rewards section that does not do anything.

The Purple Bowl app works great for ordering food but it is very frustrating that the rewards points (a) are not tracked in PurpleBowl and (b) can not be used to pay for food in PurpleBowl .

Loved PurpleBowl until a few weeks ago. PurpleBowl now won’t let me use my stars for a free bowl. I can “spend” my stars but it doesn’t actually discount the money, so I still have to pay full price. Once that issue is fixed, 5 stars!

This not accurate. I asked the store manager to look into this. She pretty much ignored me. I’ve spent close to $100 or more. It says I only have 6 points. This version of PurpleBowl doesn’t accurately capture rewards. Ordering, is easy and seamless. 5 stars once this error is addressed/ fixed.

We love using PurpleBowl as we constantly find ourselves rushing over to have delicious Purple Bowl and love that our order is ready when we arrive. The only thing is that we always forget what the base ingredients of each bowl are so we have to look up the website because they’re not listed on PurpleBowl . If you add the ingredients to PurpleBowl , that would be incredibly helpful so we don’t have to toggle between the website and PurpleBowl . Thank you!
