This App supposedly offers vehicle “Owner Information ‘Available’”, but unfortunately that IS NOT the case. You will be prompted to PAY, and promised such details, only after you use your credit card to gain “Premuim Access”, only to be severely disappointed with anything but vehicle owner information. What a rip off. Do not waste your money! SCAM! You have been warned.
