Can only get midway through the first lesson 18/21 then will not move on or allow chord access...only just subscribed..
When I try to tune the guitar it does not recognize the forth string and will not let me move on.
A year ago I signed up for a 1 Year subscription to learn the guitar. I’m no longer physically able to play the guitar and I was unaware it was a recurring purchase. Today I was charged again being a year from my first purchase. Is there anyway I could please get a refund for the new year? I no longer have the app on my phone nor will I be using it this year. I really need to cancel the subscription and get a refund
The app user load page doesn't work. I have to close the app, reopen and put in all of my preference/background info every time I want to use it. Also randomly decides I'm not playing proper chords or notes. Which one varies by day. My tuner reads the notes just fine. Today, it gave me an error upon the completion of every step of each lesson. I lost ground because it doesn't recognize that I've finished certain lessons. It's getting to be too frustrating to use.
WHEN I TRY TO TUNE THE GUITAR THE APP CLOSES WHENEVER I GO ONTO THAT PART. THEY REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS!

I cancelled my lesson,but I’m still being charged. I would like my money returned. Also you told me when I canceled that I had been canceled.Since I did cancancel I’m due my money back.
I have paid for simply guitar few days ago but then could not download the app because possibly because we didn’t have the right software or something. I am concerned that payment will go through - supposedly on the 5th of March but I can’t use the app. I also wrote wrong email; one letter missing. Please reply
