How to fix Klak app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Klak app on iPhone
Update Klak app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Klak iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Klak on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Klak network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Klak app issues:

Force Stop the Klak App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Klak app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Klak to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Klak App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Klak app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Klak.

Fix Klak unable to contact server/ Klak internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Klak » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Klak » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Klak on android.
