This platform DOES NOT protect the lenders. By rotation collects a big rental fee on each transaction but when it comes to protect the lenders they just let them walk away. If you’re afraid or hesitant of using this app to rent your items please be aware nothing will be done on their end to recover your item physically or monetarily. In addition, customer service is really bad and doesn’t get back to you in 3 days.

The concept is great. But how are you still in business? The app is absolutely awful. Logs you out of your account constantly. Glitches and closes. Listings of availability are wrong. I have now paid for a rental and it has logged me out and no longer will let me in. I recommend just using HURR because it is actually a functioning site.

The first rental I used this app for ended in the dress being stolen. I submitted multiple requests to reach customer support and all messages were ignored. The customer service team does not respond in 72 hours as they claim. They actually will never respond. There is zero protection for lenders and renters are free to steal rented items with no consequence
