Why is there no contact for you guys? I keep seeing a lot of bad reviews and I don’t feel safe at all , I wanna speak to someone and know a address, y’all don’t have a office? How can I know I can trust y’all? And every time I see something on IG I don’t see it in the website

I ordered over 150
Dollars worth of items over 3 weeks ago and my order still haven’t shipped out yet I email them a few different times and no response I am really upset

I am so disappointed. I wanted to love and support this company so bad but i I ordered two bottles of supplements and only received one. I reached out several times and did not get a reply until I gave a bad review and still they asked me for a packing slip from an order I received three weeks prior. And on the shop site it CLEARLY states that the order was partially delivered. I’m starting to believe this place is a scam and I’m definitely going to dispute this charge and report them to the better business bureau.

I order a product that never arrived in February. It’s now end of may. I emailed this company 4 Times. And they keep lying telling me there going to look into only for the same results. I even request for a full refund but it hasn’t happen yet. I don’t recommend any new customers to purchase there products unacceptable and horrible customer service.

I really really want to support BLack owned businesses BUT the optics are off. The owner needs to take more time on their visuals because BlackVeganShop looks shady - I don’t feel confident purchasing any of the products. I’ve also read many complaints about people not receiving their orders or getting them super late which is very troubling. I think solid visual branding would go along way. I’m routing for BlackVeganShop - I want it to be a success.

App was working until I got signed out. Now whenever I sign in BlackVeganShop crashes so I have to reinstall and not sign in for BlackVeganShop to work. Will update review once issue is solved.

Site won’t stay open.

This is a great app with great products. The only issue that I've experienced is when it's time for checkout once you enter your card info BlackVeganShop crashes every time prompting you to only be able to checkout online. I wish there was an option to save card info on your account to make checkout easier.

I was sending as a gift. My Card was Declined than I figured it out. When using BlackVeganShop purchasing billing address should be added. shipping and billing addresses are not always the same. That feature has not been added.👍🏾

People really are spoiled when it comes to shipping thanks to Amazon. Yes it took a while to come but I got exactly what I wanted FROM A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS. The prices are reasonable and well produced. Everything worked as advertised (some better than expected) I would recommend testing everything in small doses before taking as directed.
