Whether itโs from my files, my photos, any random app sharing to Icedrive, on my iPad it will take hours to upload a single file, if it ever does. Iโve had the Icedrive app for months and have tried repeatedly to upload ANYTHING. Icedrive works fine on my computer on the same wifi; thereโs something really wrong with the app.
Also: all of my uploads from my computer have the wrong metadata. The date that files were created have been replaced with whatever date I upload them from my computer to Icedrive. This is bad for photos when I want to know when it was taken.

Good luck getting support on this service. The app shows data that is substantially greater than your actual data sizes, syncing fails to work consistently and when you submit tickets for support there is no response. Tried submitting ticket to sales and they suggested that they would delete your data simply for asking about technical support.

I paid for a monthly subscription so I could get encryption access. Tried toggling the access and said I needed a subscription, even though I had a current subscription. I even deleted and reinstalled with no luck. Many 1 star reviews and now I see why. Ice cloud might be good on a desktop machine but the app is 0 stars.
