Inaccurate nail measurements and frequent crashing

I downloaded Nailstry as it touts to measure nail sizes. Not sure how they do it but I keep getting very different measurements every time I measure. Option to save measurements doesn’t save anything. App keeps crashing.

Measure Nails Not Working - Left Hand

Rendered useless and ineffective - right hand extremely difficult to get both card and hands “green”. Left hand is impossible - thumb doesn’t provide outline at all. Multiple tries (30+).
**background - not an idiot, a former Engineer and current legal assistant so either we need better instructions or app tweaks, perhaps? Thanks! :)

Glitchy

It’s a great start! I make and sell press on nails and I want to give Nailstry a 5 star rating! But hopefully some improvements will come about:
App is glitchy: sometimes my nail sets will show a different price than what’s advertised.

Crashes

Hello, I LOVE the idea but Nailstry crashes too much! I can’t even make my selection at all to purchase a particular set once I get so far it crashes and I have to start over (it did it 3 times) please fix thank you

Nice concept but needs work

For one. The use of a driver’s license or is or anything with personal info should NOT be a suggestion. That made me exit the whole app and scared because i put in my phone number to sign in.

App is not working

I am unable to create a account, so this is a useless app.

The one and only app that measures your nails for you. !’ Amazing!

The developer of Nailstry is the best! Sizing nails has been one of the trickiest parts of my press on nail journey!! I love Nailstry and all the opportunities it has brought me!!! Def recommend Nailstry to all of us who are on the go because life believes in no breaks but we must always maintain our GLAM on point!!

What an amazing app! Love the concept. I like being able to search different designers in one place and the sizing tool is so convenient. Not to mention the nails are amazing! Perfect way to get your nails done through quarantine.
