I’m starting my job orientation tomorrow but I didn’t even have a place to stay! They talked about how they ll get things ready before my workday but they don’t care! They said they ll follow up with me on the weekends but they didn’t. They said they ll hand it over to the after hours support to follow up my housing and a hotel to stay but they didn’t. I find my own place for the day before orientation but I still need a place to stay so I can do my orientation . They are unprofessional and already it’s a disaster! What bad experience .
Recruiter is clubbing staff and they work with AMN passport . I don’t recommend them at all. This had been stressful for me. It took them a week to find one apartment and it turn out unsafe .So I gave them a list of apartments to help out yet they took a week with no update and now I have no place to stay with my pets. They drag things out during the hours they work so you get nothing done.

I think it forced me to do the update? Either way since then it’s constantly crashing! When trying to search for jobs I now can’t filter by state. When I try and use the search feature and not the filter it crashes. It either shows jobs not available or doesn’t show jobs that are when comparing it to the list my recruiter sends me. Please fix the bugs! Until then I’m deleting, better off just going to the website smh

Needs a lot of work. You’re sent notifications there is something new to review but then when you open AMNPassport you have to go searching through all the fields to see where these notifications are. I’ve got one notification for the last three months that I can’t find and always have a “1” on my app screen. Annoying

I find AMNPassport very difficult to operate. There are no jobs available on AMNPassport but when I got to the website there are plenty of jobs. I would even check the heart for a favorite of a position i’ve found, then sign in and the job is not there!!! I’m really trying to find a travel assignment but I might have to go with a different company!

After creating my account with AMN Passport, I’ve encountered an ongoing issue where AMNPassport keeps logging me out, preventing me from using it effectively. This is definitely a glitch that hinders my experience, and I feel it’s something that the development team should address to improve usability. I hope they can fix this so users like myself can enjoy a smooth experience without constant interruptions.

Poor communication by the staff. When they do decide to answer their emails, they’re either auto generated or have nothing to do with what you e been attempting to get answers about. This is my second time working with AMN and I had the exact same experience the first time. I decided to give them a second chance and I’m only one week into my contract and I totally regret it. I’m seriously considering canceling my contract and finding another agency. If you have ANY other choice, use them.

AMNPassport itself was nice when I used it but I had months and months of problems with my phone which resulted in me buying a new one because I thought the press faulty. Turned out AMNPassport was trying to back up 30 TB and totally messing everything up. I deleted it and now all is working as it should

I am not a fan of app. I am a fanatic with rapid, quick, seamless onboarding. I’m tech savvy and want an app like you describe. It didn’t work like that for me. I started onboarding Sept 4, finished “everything” by Sept 15. Never got all clear until Nov 4. App still shows, I have outstanding items. Can not upload pdf files, only photos, which is useless to me. Still receive emails asking me to complete items that are done. I have no idea what is going on by looking in my app. I do like the sign feature, but often I signed it many times before it finally “stuck”.

I reached out to AMN for help in finding me find a travel position. A recruiter got back to me almost immediately, and then I texted her back and she never got back to me the rest of that day. I texted her the next day almost at the end of the day, she finally texted me the following morning. I had asked her if she was going to help me or not and when she finally texted me she said “yes” what exactly was it that I needed help with? I figured I don’t want to go with that Recruiter because she’s asking me what I need! If she’s the recruiter, then she should already know by my profile. I reached out to another recruiter who said that she’s not able to staff nurses, but she would speak to her boss to find me another recruiter. That was two weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything yet:/

I am on my first assignment with AMN and was supposed to get paid today. I submitted my personal details and direct deposit well before my due date through AMNPassport provided. Unfortunately, I was not paid at all and called customer service to realize not only was my direct deposit not set up, the mailing address which was correct on AMNPassport , was the wrong state in their system. These errors can easily be solved if AMNPassport actually was integrated with their system but clearly it is not. Due to this, I will at best be getting paid late. Dissapointing experience

I’m aware that jobs are always coming and going, and they can come and go at the snap of the finger; but the frequency at which I’ll see a job posted, apply to it, and when I question my recruiter about it, the posting hasn't been up for days. It’s frustrating.

Easy interface and in-depth design. However, whether on AMNPassport or on a browser, it frequently jams up, especially when I’m going through the process of attaching credential documents or checking on job offers, etc. Wish I could rate it higher but until this platform shows more consistency, it compounds the effort of each step.

Seems pretty good and user friendly. I really like the format and ease of use. I did notice the job search was acting up. I figure they are working out the bugs. It is brand new, about a week into launch. I hope it gets fixed soon as the job search was the part I was most excited about.

When I go to my search preferences, it does not let me change some of my options. Also, it only found 11 jobs in the whole nation with searching 12 hr ICU days. I know that’s not right.

Anyways, I hope AMN reads this and it helps fix the problem.

App is pretty good. Fairly easy to navigate ect. One feature I think it should have is the ability to clock in/out. Example, when I get to work in the morning, I can go ahead and put my time on my time card, then update and save it when I clock out. That would make it easier so that I don’t have to remember what time I got to work

AMNPassport is great and everything a health care traveler needs to stay up to date with job, pay, credentials, and more. Easy way to submit and upload forms and info to your recruiter. Also easy access to information about your current contract and future contracts.

It doesn’t update obviously bring asked for my Covid immunization documentation more than six times in two days and it’s been updated three times is daunting and not user friendly asking for things and doesn’t take you to update. Says there is a problem. No bueno

AMN is the lazies company i ever work with if everything goes smooth they are ok if you have one problem starting from work injury to the smallest time card correction nobody is willing to help you ..if the information on AMNPassport doesn't help to connect what is that for .. dont ever get a contract with AMN ..that is my honest advise to you

AMNPassport makes it easy to find a job based on my preferences and keeps me up to date on my credentials. All the resources I need I can find right in AMNPassport . Thanks!

App crashes whenever i want to upload documents or do a test. Pls fix

I love working with Paige she is on her game 100% when securing an assignment for me. Whenever I see a position on the AMN Passport and apply and send the position to her she doesn't waste any time getting things in motion. She's the best💕💕
