I do not have Tradesmith. Please stop sending me information. I do not want please stop. Stop stop.
I purchased TradeSmith's AN-E Predictive Alpha Software January 30th with all the upgrades except the Trade Stops pkg. I never received a Welcoming e-mail giving me access to the software. I talked to an agent on the phone, and he sent several Welcome e-mails, but I still did not receive any of them. The agent finally gave up and said he was going to check with IT people and call me back in about 30 minutes. He never called back and it is now 24 hours later and still no emails or contact from TradeSmith.

Impossible to get through to Trade Smith. Been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 weeks. Wait time on phone terrible, no one calls back.

Please do not waste you money on this company. Software does not keep up with trades with Fidelity or Interactive Brokers and it is a huge pain to connect to Interactive Brokers and it messes up and you have to redo it. I never could manage to connect to Ally Invest. These people will take your money and you won’t gain a thing.

I bought the service in reliance on their advertisement: No Risk 30 day free preview. I viewed the product and canceled within a day. Now they are telling me I can only get a credit to use on their product. Buyer beware.
Cost basis bogus

Don’t trust the cost basis if you have multiple entry dates on a position. App doesn’t support such multiple entry positions (per tech support) thus many cost basis are totally bogus. For example my brokerage account shows $8K cost basis on a position but TradeSmith shows $48K.
