I can't activate my Milli replacement card
I've been trying for days to just get my phone number changed. Old number is no good. I desperately need to change phone number so I can login.
I am trying to get verified but your app is running me in circles. I get a code and type it in. it takes me back to my personal info and when I click next to get to the area to enter the code it tell me to check the code and resend. I do and it tells me wrong code wait 10 minutes to get another code. and we go again and again and again

Overall, I don’t tend to write reviews about services I haven’t had a chance to experience. But, I had to make an exception here.
Originally, I had downloaded the app and signed up to try Milli. However, after signing up I received a message saying “We’ll contact you when it’s time to onboard, thanks for checking us out, etc.” This was August.
So since then, no one from Milli has reached out to me. I logged in today just for the heck of it and I got the same message as I previously did.
So in 4 months, Milli’s staff couldn’t determine whether or not to enroll me? I reached out to their customer service and they gave me the same language as above.
Do you (Milli) want folks to actually use this app or not?

My credit is good & I have no legal issues. Like a previous review mentioned, it’s suspicious and after reading through all the paperwork it seems likely their main goal is to collect people’s information which they blatantly say they will share with third parties for various reasons. Take this into consideration.

Stability of getting to app is still not solid. Today I click the app and it blinks and disappears. This is very concerning when the only way to get to my money and transfer things is via the mobile app and it’s down. This needs to be reliable so I can get to my money 24/7.
