If you want to view your bill, this app will allow you to do so. If you want to save your bill, don’t plan on using this or the website for that purpose. I need a record for tax purposes and need to keep a copy, but People’s doesn’t provide a method of doing so on mobile platforms. If you try to use the share sheet to save a copy, it opens a slip on the iPhone with no save button (or cancel requiring to force quit to do anything else). On iPad, the app crashes. I’ve, also, tried to use the print option, then save to files with the exact same result. Never seen this on any other app. On the website, the view bill option doesn’t work at all. Finally, I’ve tried using the Wallet app. The bill available there is usually one billing cycle behind. Contacted their support, and they asked whether I had tried the website. Responded as I had in my original email that I had and indicated the problem. No response from them. Emailed 1-2 other times to check status or guidance. No response. I hope their gas delivery to my home is more reliable and safe! Have your contractor test the app and fix the problems please!

Absolute zero functionality. Forced to update and download new app, lost all functionality. Re-registered as they requested (while on the phone with their tech support). They can see that I requested it but have zero clue as to why it won’t function (even after several calls and trying several times each call). Why can’t they leave it the way it was... I figure the nephew of one of the big whigs at peoples needed a job to get out of his parents basement and with zero training or education on creating an app... and he got as far as a creating a thumbnail for your screen and curled up in a ball in his peanut butter fort... 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ just sayin.

I downloaded the app because for over a week I could not log on to the web page to pay my bill. The app is a terrible experience. The fields to enter information are not responsive and the functionality to move between different fields to enter information is basically non existent. Seriously, it’s almost 2020 - if you’re going to have an app, it needs to function 100%. Especially for basic things like bill pay. Hire an expert developer and stop using the intern who “built an app once....” this is a broken experience and it needs to be fixed.
