Needs Work
I so wanted to live this app since I’m an avid Gator fan living outside of FL. I’ve had the app for over a year, but have had repeated issues with the app not pulling up “News” or “Schedule” information on my iPhone 10. The connection on my phone is good for the other apps I have, but this one just sits blank 90% of the time. I receive all of the updates, so it’s not an issue of not downloading the different versions. I even resorted to removing the app and reinstalling it. That seemed to work for about a month before I encountered the same issue with its failure to load the “News” and “Schedule” features. Very frustrating to a Gator fan.

Horrible UX
The one thing that people would use this thing for - access to their tickets - is garbage. I can’t log out of the account I entered because there is no way to sign out, which is user experience 101. Even deleting the app doesn’t help because it automatically logs you back in to the same account when you re-install. If you’re going to force people to use virtual tickets at least try to make it so that the experience is a good one.

Horrible App
I accidentally signed in with the wrong Ticketmaster account and there is no sign out button so I can log in with the right Ticketmaster account and now I cannot access my season tickets. There is no sign out feature in the app which is pretty standard. This needs to be fixed soon, please. My tickets are mobile only!
